Worst service. These guys just try to give some reasoning for any complaint and put it in a way that, the behavior is expected. When I went for my car service and explained about a issue regarding sound near the steering, they made me hear the same sound in another A4 and told me that its expected but not agreeing to the fact that its a problem. And finally they did not fix it. But, Rusnak Audi in thousand oaks did not leave the problem even though other A4s are having the same issue. They told me that a spring is having a problem inside the steering and has to be replaced. They have ordered it, charged nothing since car is under warranty and made sure all my concerns were addressed. I would really suggest to go to Rusnak in thousand oaks for service and completely avoid Audi Calabasas.

Excellent purchase experience with David Samson and the internet sales department. Nice selection of used vehicles, good pricing, good communications, and none of the typical car dealer games. The location is a little bit out of the way, but well worth the drive from Orange County.

This place is the absolute worst place in the world from a servicing perspective. Please be warned, they are only concerned about money. Your vehicle will be improperly diagnosed and they try desperately to up sale by creating a false sense of urgency. They attempted to charge me $179 for a visible issue that required no labor work. That's just one of the issues. If I was able to give the place 0 stars I would.

Love the service. I bought my Audi from a private dealer. Took my car here instead and they honored the warranty on the vehicle. Didn't try to make me pay for things I didn't need. I will definitely come back for my services in the future and to purchase my next A in the future. Rafael was great!

Our sales person was AMAZING! Very knowledgeable and attentive. Their finance department on the other hand, was a complete nightmare. We agreed to purchase the car after our test drive and asked them how long of a wait we would incur, knowing that we’re on limited time.... We have purchased many cars (approx. every two years). So we understand how long it takes to buy a car. Unfortunately, Audi of Calabasas and their finance department made us wait over an hour and a half before they even saw us, and they were not busy. Then, they proceeded to tell us that they would only allow us to use our debit card for a quarter of the down payment and that we would have to use a personal check or go to the bank and get a cashiers check for the remainder. Again, we have purchased many cars and have never experienced this. If it weren’t for our wonderful salesman Vonn, working his hardest, we would have walked. Maybe they need to work on their “other” staff before I would recommend buying a car here.
