Excellent customer service!! It's my number one place to shop for car parts; even my mechanic is impressed that I always 100% got the exact product he needed
Always the right part, always here before due date and I love their prices. Customer service is awesome. Great experience!!
I have to be honest, I was reluctant to purchase as the prices were lower than anyone else, but the hood fit perfect, arrived fast. This is my third purchase and have been impressed with the quality and fit all 3 times
Have ordered both headlights and rear bumpers. All items have been as described and have arrived in a timely manner. Everything has fit as it's supposed to and was easy to install. Will order again as needed.
F2f and roofer on site for workers in the city of Judy.
I had a great experience. I ordered an altenator for my 03 mustang. I didn't expect to get it for about a week. But to my surprise I received it in a couple of days. It was a new one and cost me a lot less than what I would have paid for it at an auto part store. So if I need something else for my car I will definitely use them again.
Auto Parts Warehouse is an excellent source for all my vehicle parts. The part that I received was packaged very well, arrived at my home in just a few days and was an exact fit. I will be buying from Auto Parts Warehouse again and will inform my friends about how easy it is to use your site.
I enjoy shopping online, and receiving my package 2-5 business days. They have good prices, and also have coupon discounts. I <3 the free shipping over $50.00..
I don't usually do reviews, but I have felt compelled to do so. I ordered a set (pair) of headlights for a 2010 SuperDuty. The company website stated that they had one set (pair) in stock. The following business day i received an email stating that one headlight was shipped and the other was not in stock. My question to the rep was how does a set get separated. This is synonymous to ordering a pair of shoes and being told that the left shoe is out of stock, but we've sent you the right shoe. I recently learned the reason for the lack of communication within this company. All calls to this company is routed to the Philippines.and that I could not talk with anyone in the United States. Customer Service in the U.S. has been shipped to foreign countries. These language barriers play a huge role in poor communication with customers. Its not the fault of the representatives, but ownership who fails to consider this factor when outsourcing this service. I wish I could give a rating of zero stars but I can't
If I could give a "0" I would. I have been trying to reach someone in authority to discuss an issue with my order. I paid for two parts and only received one. These parts were for my mechanic who is working on my car. When I spoke with a customer service representative they said the best they could do was to send the part that was missing ground shipping that would take 5 - 7 days to receive. I am in a rental vehicle and cannot afford to keep paying out of pocket and wait this time this was their error. When I asked to speak with someone in authority who could help expedite this, I was told nothing could be done. I have asked for a corporate contact in the States since I was speaking with a representative who works for a call center in the Philippines, to escalate this matter and NO ONE can provide me with this number or a senior manager to assist in resolving this issue that they created. Had I known that this was coordinated through a third world country, I would not have purchased from them knowing that if there were a problem I would be jumping through hoops, and as it turns out, I am. Be leary, there is nothing like local customer service support that assists you when you need something escalated. You get what you pay for. You save on one end, but lose on another.
It's a nice place to go to shop for auto parts and stuff
