Not using this place anymore. I bought $515 dollars worth of parts here and received a damaged bumper cover . When I went to exchange it I was told by the guy who hands out parts to the customers.." very rude guy by the way"that they couldn't exchange it because "it was damaged by me" even though they didnt give me credit for that bumper I still bought an additional $405 dollars worth of parts including a second bumper cover . I couldn't believe they were willing to lose a customer that spent almost $1000 dollars worth of parts for a 63 dollar bumper cover. Management needs to step in and fix this place around . Ps. The guy who hands out the parts to the customers in this location has an attitude problem. I asked him for a blade to open up my parts wrapped in strong plastic. And he blows me off and says to use my hands.
I had called before going and was quoted at $27 for an item but when I got there I was quoted $10 more. But then the kind lady took $10 off of the price. A place that lives up to its name
They're customer service is awesome and, they have what you need at a great price and, all parts are new and, properly packaged for a fraction of a price compared to other auto shop part sale stores or companies.
Best prices by far in the city for parts and paint. Service is quit and easy. Its a BAM BAM BAM kind of place so stay on your game, you will be dismissed lol

One of the new sales women there is very rude and hung up on me when I asked that she pass me to an older saleswoman that I always prefer to deal with. Very rude! She has also done this to my boss as well! Totally unnecessary and unacceptable!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY do not save order history or quote. You waste your time driving for a part that CSR said its here...you arrive and find out it's coming from somewhere else.... Time is money Get it together
If I ever happen to ding or bend or break something exterior, I'm coming here. I believe they give a 15 percent discount for cash purchases so keep that in mind. It's steel, it's well fitting, it's cheap as hell. Good products. I use best value for all of my auto body parts. The price is definitely the lowest I have found anywhere. The customer service in person is good. The customer service on the phone is acceptable but needs improvement.
Poor customer service, they give pricing off so rude like in a take it or leave it kinda way, not sure if they realize it but car parts can be ordered online and if your rude to your customers no matter how long your around, poor customer service closes shops real fast. Next time I'll just buy online from elsewhere
