I usually take my car for service elsewhere because there are much closer dealerships. I figured I’d try bob smith. I’m sure glad I did. The customer service experience was exceptional! Rey Silva is my new service advisor and will always drive to bob smith for any of my car related needs. He was courteous, professional, experienced, and made sure all my issues were addressed.

I have to say, Sarah and Wayne are amazing. After being at several other dealerships, where the salesperson seemed like he would rather be anywhere but where he was, I was starting to dread car shopping. Sarah was sooooooo refreshing. She helped me so much, and made my experience so fun. Sarah gave me the experience I imagined when going to test drive cars. She made it fun, and easy. I fell in love with a car I did not even have on my radar, and then she was determined to help me find the color combo I wanted. Wayne was also wonderful. No hustle, just bottom line best deal without the dumb game of going back and forth with a manager. After my experience yesterday with Sarah and Wayne, I just can't say enough. Thank you guys. and I Love my new X5!!!

Rob Thompson was super informative and took care of an issue on my car that an independent mechanic had caused by using a non OEM part. Identified other issues that had not been addressed over time and made those right as well. It's like having a new car again. Never going back to the independent again!! You guys have all my business.

This is the best BMW dealership I have been to. Organized, customer focused and attractive too. I enjoy bringing my car here for service. I have never been kept waiting, the service is 1st rate, and loaner cars are very good here and service techs know their business. I highly recommend this dealership!

I called the dealership to be connected to a sales man, once I got transferred I asked for availability for a 7 series m power. Brian Collins and Campbell Davis were my sales men assisting me with the sale . They were very honest and straight forward with the deal they gave me . They made sure not only I get my car but since I am a picky guy they tolerated all my needs for a vehicle and put the patience/care to help me find a car . I cannot explain how happy I am writing this review and how satisfied I am with the whole smooth process . Thank you guys for everything . I really appreciate you guys and what you do for customers . This is hands down the best BMW dealership. I had a wonderful experience working with Justin and Sam who helped me find the perfect car. They are a real power team! I tremendously appreciate all their hard work and loyalty to make me the happiest customer. As for the dealership itself, I love bringing my car here for service, they provide the best service in all aspects. I highly recommend this dealership! P.S.ask for Justin and Sam, they're the best!

Went to the dealership last Saturday and had an amazing time buying a great BMW X1 from them! Everyone was super nice and Campbell the sales manager and Brian a sales guy were both awesome! I was stoked to work with all of them and walk out a few hours later with my dream car. Thanks guys!
