My wife bought a vehicle from these guys and it has had a ton of problems, BUT the warranty we got has saved us from, literally, several thousands. They always take care of you and they will issue rentals and lender vehicles (ones owned by the dealership). The service department has been great to deal with... The sales department is the usual commission salespeople....

We stopped in at Boulder Hyundai on our way home from skiing, thinking about test driving a Hyundai, and ended up buying a car thanks to Bernard and Taylor’s enthusiasm and great energy. They made it so easy it was hard to say no. We love our new Santa Fe, the color, clean lines, smooth ride, power, and heated seats! Any time I have a question Bernard responds to my texts or emails instantly, as though he spends his day waiting for me to write. The service department has been great, eager to please, easy to schedule appointments with as well. We are very happy with our purchase and happy to have met Bernard and Taylor, who is new to the dealership, but with Bernard as a mentor, he will be a pro as well.

Bernard helped me get the car I wanted and it was super easy to communicate with him. The Boulder Hyundai team had a great chemistry and were very friendly as soon as I walked through the door. I spoke to Bernard for a couple of weeks about a vehicle and then once I visited, spoke with him, another salesman, the store manager, and then dealt with the finance office. They were all extremely helpful! If you're looking for a Hyundai in this area, I don't have any reason as to why you wouldn't go to this place.

Consistently a great experience! I’ve bought 2 cars (Tuscans) from Boulder Hyundai and I will, without question, make a third purchase when the time comes. Besides the sheer quality of Hyundai (I absolutely love my car!), I recommend Boulder Hyundai for its culture. Let me explain... The entire staff, both sales and service, is approachable and low key. The purchase process is painless and I walk away feeling like it’s been a win-win situation. The owner Jeff is almost always there smiling and thanking new and old customers alike. Justin, the sales manager knows how to run the sales department! He took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. Jose in service is super professional and a top notch technician! My wife recently bought a new Hyundai from Bernard at Boulder Hyundai. Must say I was impressed, Bernard was really upfront with everything, very straight forward and no BS in trying to sell her stuff she didn't need. I agreed with everything he recommended to her and didn't feel that he was pushy with her to sell her something she didn't really want. I'll refer people to him, as far as I'm concerned, he earned it.
