Everyone was so great here, especially Eric who took my car in close to closing, and diagnosed it first thing in the morning. He broke the bad news of an expensive repair gently and compassionately and helped me solve my car problems. I'd recommend this shop to anyone who needs work done on their car. They are fun and so responsive.

I’m new to Austin, and since my car wouldn’t start, have it towed to the near mechanic shop! The service was great and I’m assuming they’ve done a great job, but I wouldn’t know much about cars to begin with! But I think they’re a bit pricier than I hoped for, especially after I shopped around!

I didn't know that my previous discount pil change place stripped my oil cap. Christian brothers fixed it and didn't charge me too much. I appreciate their help. Staff is decent, and they are very concerned about helping you and providing good service. Much better experience vs. Other shops.

I scheduled an appointment for a state inspection, which is very convenient and I didn’t have to drive around town to find a place with a register technician on duty. The front office/waiting room is very clean and plenty of seating. They offered water and have coffee available while you wait. The staff was very professional and courteous. My truck was ready before I had a chance to finish my coffee.

I have taken my car to several Christian Brothers and have received excellent service. One was honest about a simple repair that a dealer had quoted me an expensive cost. But this review is about the Brodie business. I had a baby with me which the situation called for extra assistance. Eric was understanding and offered to take us home so we would not miss regular nap time. The mechanics worked in record time and had my car ready fast. Unfortunately my baby was still napping and they said to call when she woke up. Mark was the person who picked us up when I called back. He opened my door for me which was a kind thing to do now days. We also had a pleasant conversation on the way back. I later discovered Mark was the owner. I could have been left in a sitting room with a tired baby waiting for my car but instead I was treated like a very special customer by thoughtful gentlemen. Thank you ever so much.

I took my van in this morning and Preston brought me home. Such a nice young man. He was extremely helpful to me and the baby in the carrier. I am grateful to do business with a company who cares about hiring excellent folks! This is my second visit there. First one, oil change this time going on a road trip with a 9 year old and don’t want any surprises.

Honest, straightforward and accurate is how I would characterize this shop. I bring both of my cars there. They give you an estimate and call if there’s any changes. They are efficient and have excellent customer attention. Thanks to Mark and all his staff.

They took good care of me. Was very accommodating of my needs when I described to them I had a baby and was difficult to bring the vehicle. They made arrangements to come and pick it up. They are honest and straightforward in their work. Staff is very polite and went above and beyond to make sure I was informed and well taken care of.
