We are a family owned and operated, a full-service bike shop located on Chicago’s Northwest Side, just two blocks from the southern terminus of the North Branch Bike Trail. Brought bike in for wheel/tire problem, back out the door in about 30 minutes. Good service and good people. Been going there for over 10 years. Always do good work and pleasant experience.

Very helpful staff. They answered all my questions and sold me a bike I love. They helped me load it on my bike carrier and even offered a bandaide to my daughter who had hurt her finger earlier in the day. I give them 5 stars.

Great service. We bought a bike for my son and they had good advice on pros and cons of the different bikes he tried. The bike we bought was also more reasonably priced than I expected! He loves the bike too!

Misdiagnosed the issue. Repair didn’t solve the problem. Took my bike to another shop which correctly diagnosed the problem and repaired it for a much lower price. I contacted Edgebrook cycle twice by email to explain their misdiagnosis. Never responded. I will never use this shop again.

If your the type who pays more attention to your bicycle than your car, than you need to check this place out. I travel from Des Plaines to come here, and it is totally worth the trip. I run a custom setup, and I was given expert advice on how to repair it. These guys really know their stuff.

I didn't go into the store but I called to ask some questions and the staff is really friendly. I called a question for my spinning bike even though they don't offer any repair he gave me very informative information to help with it. So I appreciate that he put the time an effort to give me those tips! It may not seem like a lot but it makes a huge difference. Thank you for your client customer service.
