Brooks, Every time I think that I am going to trade in my, I bring it to you. My car has over 150,000 miles on it. When I get it back from Empire it runs and sounds and rides like a brand new car! Needless to say, i am NOT trading in my car and with the care and Customer Service I get from Empire Auto Car, I might as well go for another 150,000. Deal?

Great service, great employees. My experience was something I have not seen in years with other companies. Complimentary refreshments, a comfortable waiting area and the staff made the wait very pleasant. The front desk rep was awesome and far from the disrespectful name calling that I seen someone post "trash".. If your not satisfied then say that without being disrespectful. Everyone deserves a bad day... Competitive pricing and very informative, Thank you Empire for showing true customer service! Wallace G.

I have been with Brooks since day one with my 2004 Silverado had 6 miles and now 184,000 would not have anyone else touch old Blue... He is honest and reasonable. And a Great Crew .... 🚗👍

The staff at Empire have always been professional and courteous....We have an office nearby and most of us go directly to them for oil changes and any unexpected "engine lights". I hope they give you the same honest business we have been receiving the last few years....

Empire was recommend by a friend of mine who is in the auto collision repair business. I sent them an older car (2005 Honda SUV) for repair and maintenance. It came back with the known problems fixed & no hidden issues. I was so happy with the result, I brought my spare vehicle over the next day. That was a 2004 Lexus 4 door. They fixed the known issues and two hidden problems that would have been headaches if allowed to go without repair. I highly recommend them.

I commissioned Empire Auto Care for a project to restore a 2007 Mini Cooper S convertible with 80,000 miles. They were extremely professional, thorough and honest in the forecast of which parts needed to be substituted. Joe assigned Jimmy to be in charge of the project and I could not be happier. The car looks and drive like new, and my family owns it since when we bought it. This is the first time that I used a car shop outside the dealership of all my cars. Joe is a very meticulous car enthusiast and it shows on his work. I truly recommend Empire, specially for such restorative project. From the frond desk (thank you Skyla) to everyone involved, I felt that friends were taking care of my car.

I chose Empire Auto Care because of the reviews and the out of town phone consultation I had with Brooks. My expectations were met on all levels! I am extremely happy with the service and with the quality of the repairs on my Tundra. It's a good feeling to know that I have found a reputable repair shop while I am staying in South Florida. The service at Empire is excellent. Everyone there is personable. The work is done quickly and efficiently. They also advised me of future maintenance for my car as well as the price breakdown. Very honest and helpful. I recommend Empire for any car repair and service.
