I cannot say enough about this business and especially Wendy! I highly recommend her! I had gotten my dress from David's Bridal and spent over $650.00 in alterations coming to find out it was too small then after. I was very frustrated and gave Exclusive Alterations a shot in the dark as I had never heard of them before and live an hour away. Not only did she make my dress fit me perfectly again but she gave me the sweetheart top that David's Bridal said they could not do! I fell in love with my dress all over again thanks to her! She also color coded my bustle to make it easier for my bridesmaids to bustle it. (David's Bridal does not offer that)

I couldn't be happier. I had my wedding dress taken in and a beaded belt sewn on. The ladies helped me pick out a belt. I can't wait to wear my dress :)

As I went to walk down the isle, my wedding dress completely fell apart. The belt fell off, and the strap. Luckily someone was next to me with a safety pin. Very disappointed. The lady was very nice but I would never go there again.

I had a bridesmaid dress altered. When i first had this dress on I did not like how it fit and looked on me. But as we all know, the bride is always right when it comes to her day! :) I took it to Exclusive Alterations and I cant believe how wonderful it looks! It is a perfect fit! I recommend this place for anyone looking to have their dress altered!

They did a great job at Exclusive Alterations! I went in for my first fitting and had forgotten the ribbon that tied up the back of my dress. She had one right there to put in so we could move forward with the appointment. I had to make 3 other appointments over a 2 month time. I am very happy with how my dress turned out. She had different payment options and was very up front with how much she was going to be charging me. I leave one star open because of a couple reasons: 1. I didn't feel welcome on my first appointment. (eventually she lightened up, so maybe it was a fluke) 2. They said I would get a reminder e-mail the day before and I never did for all 4 appointments. Overall, very happy with their services and would highly recommend them!

I'm on the fence right now. I have yet to be in and see my wedding dress since they started work. But the few times I have called the woman answering the phone has made it seem like I am the BIGGEST inconvenience in her life. I'm quite nervous that my dress is in their hands at this moment. However, every time I have spoken with the woman actually doing the alterations (Jenni) she has been very pleasant and helpful. Maybe they just need someone else answering the phones? I'll be sure to post an update once I visit the shop and see the work! Update: had my fitting today and the work is PHENOMENAL. Not to mention the price for what was done/is being done is so affordable. Jenni also apologized for whoever I was speaking with on the phone and assured me that it had been addressed. My visit today was beyond pleasant and Jenni was very personable. I look forward to my next visit!

Jan was awesome. She found stiff for my dress I could not find myself. When I had questions she was available and made having alterations done stress free. The pricing was very affordable.
