It's clear there's a lack of control for the staff. There was about 3-4 of us in the lobby, 1 after the other people got called up to the counter only to be told they had some problem that could not be fixed. I had a tire that needed to be patched. In defense of the mechanic, it was close to the non-fixable range. However, it was possible and I was willing to at least try. My issue with this situation is I waited 45 minutes to be told it couldn't be fixed. I waited at the front counter while they checked to see if the mechanic could fix it. The door is only a few feet away so I was able to see a bit and hear them talk. After a small exchange, I hear the mechanic (I was not able to see him) say he COULD fix it but did not want to. Just tell me it's too close to the sidewall; followed by them laughing a bit, talking off-topic, then having the representative walk back and tell me sorry, but we cannot fix it. Again, I would have been fine with that, but I called ahead and explained the situation. They said come in and they'll check it real quick. I even showed the representative behind the counter a picture. The next day I got the tire fixed somewhere else. The process took 10-15 minutes. Out of curiosity, I asked if it was a difficult fix and explained my experience (I didn't say what store or where). The response I got was: "Not at all. Sounds like that guy was just being lazy"
Great neighborhood car shop. Staff is honest from my experience. They price match on tires and offer some great coupons online. Good alternative to servicing, rather than a dealer.
Great service when I had to get 2 new tires last week. They made quick work of the repairs. We will return for two more tires in the fall!
Gordon was extremely helpful. Busy, but he took the time to checked my flat and took the time to find a Firestone location that could help me immediately so I could get back to work. The appointments they have are a testament to what a great crew they have. Thank you!

Went to shop for an alignment as I have lifetime alignment and car is pulling to the driver side. Gordon took the keys, got it done in an hour or so, always happy to see Gordon there as he is a no BS kinda guy with great customer service. As always, just am fyi, this location does get busy, especially during winter & on weekends, get there early.
The best service and great customer care max and a Gordon are my go to guys.

Gordon and the crew at Firestone took care of our car, which needed 4 tires, an alignment, oil change, and a new lightbulb. When they made a mistake in their initial quote based on tire size, they swapped in larger tires without charging us more money since it was their error. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them shows their character and earns repeat customers. I'll be back for future maintenance.
I had a slow leak in one of my tires due to a screw in the thread. The guys there were very polite. They got my car into the shop promptly and were able to repair the tire for a fair price. I was pleased with the service and would use this Firestone shop in the future.
