Cole Bergman (Sales Associate) at Gebhardt BMW was an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only was he extremely knowledgable about all things BMW but he was also very easy to work with and made a great effort to understand what we wanted. I always shop around when purchasing a BMW but because of how Cole treated us, there was only one dealer choice for us when we purchased our 2018 BMW X5. Great Work Cole and thanks for everything!!
I worked with Taylor on my first BMW. She got the vehicle ready for me and made the process really easy and quite fun. The entire dealership was very professional. I will definitely be back and recommend Taylor to all my friends in search of a BMW.

Vehicles have become more complicated as of late, so much so that option of doing even those simple services ourselves has going the way of the phone book. Thus, finding a reputable service department is a necessity. Shopping around it was ultimately Gebhardt’s service department that won my pick. It started with an amicable phone call, and surprising quote that undercut independent shops cost by a few hundred dollars. Had the pleasure of working with David, who was upfront on not only pricing, but what was required verses recommended items that could be postponed. In other words, not pushy at all, and it was refreshing. Look, I fully acknowledge that dealership service departments have a stigma, and encourage you to challenge these misconceptions. Give these chaps a go, think you will be pleasantly surprised.
Hate to give a bad review, you can decide. BMW called and offered a "courtesy" inspection and fluids check and top off. Turns out it was a BMW NA phone bank making the appointment, not the dealership and as a result some confusion on the dealership's part. In the waiting room they were moving a couple of cars around for over 30 minutes with no ventilation (couldn't it be done when no customers were using the room?), had to leave just to breathe. A very long wait of 1.5 hours later, I get my car back and they foolishly washed the $85 hand wax and $25 wheel treatment off in their low end car wash without asking. First time I've had a car look worse than when it went in. They wanted $100 to change a tail light bulb. Took me 7 minutes (8.5 if you include the time it took to order the bulb online) and $2.87 to replace it. Drove the car and in the following three weeks I had these indicators in order: low wiper fluid, low engine oil. Clearly they did not even check the fluid levels or top them off. I suspect this is a scam to try to sell something for $800 per hour labor (true calculation based on time for bulb replacement). Had a good conversation with the knowledgeable sales person while I waited - that was positive! Obviously, I will never play that game again as it is too costly in my time and re-detailing my car for absolutely no benefit.
Gebhardt is the only place that services my BMW! Brian, Will, and Adam always take great care of me and my M550!!! Josh and Taylor in sales made the whole process so enjoyable and always follow up to make sure things are going well. Even Paul, a manager came out and gave me time and personally thanked me and made me feel welcome. Really appreciate the Gebhardt crew and their hard work and for going above and beyond!!!
My first BMW purchase and I love it when a dealer wants to make a deal and is open to making it work for both parties. My sales agent Nevada was willing to answer all my questions via email after my initial test drive. All in all a great sales experience.

This was my first experience buying a higher end car and I appreciated the patience, humor and excitement the Gebhardt team showed as they walked me through this purchase. I felt no pressure at any point, and they even encouraged me to have more fun during the test drive.
