Its a pleasure to deal with Dave and his employees. They are honest and focused on providing value to their customers. Most notably, they are missing the hard edge that I find at most service centers. Dave is very quick to diagnose issues and gets the work done when he says he will. I can't recommend Dave and his crew any more highly.
First time at the shop and the service was great. Price was reasonable and competitive. Timing was accurate but the location and parking was limited.
Could be much faster service

The most dishonest repair shop I've ever experienced. David will charge you for new OEM parts then turn around and install much cheaper remanufactured after-market parts instead, and hope you won't notice. When confronted he said that since he couldn't get the new OEM part he originally quoted me, he instead installed the remanufactured aftermarket part - and that the remanufactured aftermarket part costs the same amount as the price he quoted me for the new OEM part. In actuality, the reman aftermarket part costs at least 2.5 times less than the new OEM part. His 'solution' to his fraudulent work and charges, rather than refunding me the obvious price differential, was for me to source me own parts then entrust his service again to reinstall the parts I sourced. No chance I'm entrusting my vehicle to his fraudulent service again, I suggest you don't either. Avoid this business.
Just had my 2014 BMW 328d Xi serviced by David. He is such a fair and honest man in a car repair world that has MANY thieves. This man will not cheat you because of his high moral values. Having spent time at the U.S.N.A. where the motto still is "Midshipmen do not lie cheat or steal", I can relate to his belief system. If everyone treated each other the way David does, it would be a fair better world. May he be rewarded for such integrity. I am sure that he will be surprised to see this review since I am doing it totally on my own with no impute from him.
