Probably the easiest car purchase I have made. Employees were very attentive without being pushy. The "no haggle" pricing is very nice. I researched the pricing of the car we were looking at and they had it priced about $500-$1000 lower than any other place I could find. Over all a great experience. Keep up the good work.

This wasn't my first time shopping for a car but it definitely was the best! Martin and Gus we're the most helpful and professional salespeople I've ever dealt with. Everything from a test drive to financing process was pleasant and transparent. They won't try to overcharge you for some shady protection plans that you wouldn't even know about. I'm very happy with the car I got and with the service I've been provided with. All the other dealerships should learn from this one. Thank You guys!

Happy with the shopping experience! I was looking to purchase my new car, and this location has a great selection of well maintained and brand new cars. They made the finance part very easy and help me match my monthly budget I was looking for. I recommend Martin who helped me with the whole process, very genuine, detailed oriented about vehicles and understating. I recommend this location!!

I called in an hour before coming into the location and informed the staff (Derrick) that I was interested in the Volkswagen CC stock number 43733. After meeting briefly with Derrick I was quickly passed on th another agent. After driving from the far south suburbs, I was told after sitting in a cold office for 30 minutes that that I can’t see the vehicle because it’s buried in the snow. There where two other customers in the Facility at the time the at were able to test drive the vehicles they inquired about. Thank you Hertz for such great “customer service”!

Bought a Toyota Yaris there after taking a train up to get it. Great bunch of guys to deal with. The car was in amazing shape, except I could tell it had been smoked in.

Sales Rep Martin really made the sale experience great. He was humble and non-pushy and just straight fwd. The hertz fam over there have a real good energy overall and are very professional and courteous. I would recommend them and especially brother Martin to anyone looking for a new vehicle in Chicago.

Listing price online no where near the price, expect $200 + more then stated. And though everyone is polite and all that, customer service stuff, I have a good vehicle but at an expense may not eat couple times a month and no where do the state where or what ways able to make payment. Normal nothing but crooked car dealer.

This is the only dealer that doesn't make me nauseous. They are really great here - personable, transparent, and nice to hang around. Though I'm very skeptical, Martin worked with me closely throughout and genuinely provided some of the best customer service I have had. Each salesperson (even finance staff) I talked with throughout my few visits really went the extra mile in making things feel comfortable and mellow. If you're like me and loathe dealerships, I'd say come check out the inventory here. It is a dealership that doesn't feel like a dealership (in the best way possible). Shout out to Gus too!
