I was very happy with my recent purchase at Melloy Nissan. David, my sales consultant, was very knowledgeable, curteous and worked very hard for me to receive the best price on my new vehicle. Had oil change and all seams fine. I used a coupon from the Melloy Nissan web site and told the service rep to apply. But at time to pay bill they tried to charge full rate. This is not the 1st time this has occurred. Tip - If you use them be sure to check the final invoice. Update from 01/18/19 Went back and they tried to up sale more services that I did not need. Example radiator flush but they had just installed a new radiator months before and installed new fluids. Another example was they wanted to sale and install a in cabin filter. I said no but got the car back disabled with the parts setting in the floor board. I did not ask for the service and yet they disabled things and left it for me to reassemble. I use to trust this dealer but got to say the dealer and service department has gotten pretty bad. So Mike L got his chance and failed miserably.

The sales man was very thorough and took me through all of what the car does and what it has. I have never gone through anything like that before with any other dealership. Service department was very professional and able to fit me in the same day I called. Brian at the service department was very nice and helpful. We also met Mel, in the show room. We went for a test drive with him. He was very pleasant and treated us with respect. We will definitely buy a car from him as soon as we are ready.

I was new to the Albuquerque area and not sure where to take my car. All staff was friendly and helpful. I worked their service advisor Brian Dau. He communicated well, asked questions, and confirmed with me which services I was requesting to be performed on my vehicle. His estimated wait time was honest and on point. I was informed of how long the service would take, asked if I was still willing to have the service done in that time frame and offered their complimentary shuttle to take me anywhere or wait in the comfortable lounges. I will definitely return to do business with Melloy Nissan.
