We love taking our Mini to see Allen at Mini of Baltimore. We don’t love that it has to go for service but we know that Allen and his team will do the very best for our car. They have the best service and are always so very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone who owns a Mini.

I have had my MINI for nearly 10 years, and Allen has pretty much been my Service Advisor all that time. He has always been cordial and professional, and he has always been clear and straightforward explaining the work that is being done on my car. I feel well-taken-care-of by Allen.

I purchased a used MINI Cooper Convertible from this dealership. Matt was the person I worked with and he was pleasant to work with and has his own MINI he was able to talk about which was so useful in my experience. The dealership is a bit small when you first arrive with limited parking. That said, the staff were friendly upon entering. They have snacks and coffee for you while you are there and make sure you are comfortable. Love that this place is dog friendly! During the purchase process, they tell you that the sales team are not paid on commissions and that the prices are just flat out and they'll do what they can to get you the payments you need. Unfortunately, they couldn't get me into the price point I was looking for but the monthly payments ended up being only $40 over. Overall, not the biggest deal to me because I was very excited about this car and it had everything I wanted. I did face an issue with my titling because it needed to be completed for Virginia and there was some confusion on that process. As soon as management heard there was an issue, they jumped in to make sure everything was fixed immediately, train up the team on the process, and I got my plates in the mail the following day. It was impressive how eager and sincere they were in getting everything corrected for me and really went above and beyond to help make sure I ended with a positive experience. Special shoutout to Adnan who helped get things done for me! At the end of my experience, I feel I could easily recommend using this location if you are looking for your own MINI. They deliver a comfortable "sales" experience, a service-forward approach to everything they do, and they're committed to ensuring everyone gets a positive experience.

Had a great experience at Mini of Baltimore. Mike was great. He even remembered my favorite color from the week before when I had a test drive for my dash light! Just purchased today but so far I absolutely love my Mini!

This was my first ever car buying experience, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place. We were greeted right from the start and explained the entire process, from purchasing our new car to trading in the old one. We went in on Monday and were able to make a deal and drive home the Mini on Tuesday night. Matt was our salesman, and he made the experience fun and easy. The entire staff was kind, helpful, and attentive. Mini of Baltimore is definitely in the best interest of the customer. I love my new car, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice to work with Mini of Baltimore!

Great service, and very quick as well! Allen was so great to work with, kept me updated throughout the wait, and made sure I understood all that was being done and made recommendations for future work without trying to have me spend money to do work that isn't warranted yet. Definitely plan to return here for all future service.

Best place around to deal with any mini-problem, no matter how big or small (lame joke), but seriously, Allen was a huge help in the service department. Great customer service and positive atmosphere, I was able to bring my mini in and get my brake pads fixed within a day, and was able to secure a rental easily. Top notch job, with a top notch crew, there's no where else I will ever take my mini other than Mini of Baltimore County.

The dealership and my advisor Jeff we’re both super easy to work with. I wanted a very specific car and they were able to efficiently find me a special color combo. I was kept informed during the wait for it to arrive and we were able to complete almost all the buying process paperwork before the day I went in to pick him up! Great service and fabulous product. I am so happy with the experience and the purchase!
