Kept me up to date on the repairs and were very kind and friendly.
I had my front bumper cover painted on my 04 Mystichrome Cobra, i dealt mainly with Steve C. who took care of setting up my appointment and ensuring he had the right guy to do the job. My car has a rare paint code so he paid close attention to the details when it came to matching the specific color on my car. The individuals that handled my car did a great job ensuring the bumper cover matched. Paint looks beautiful.
My only complaint would be for management to fix the huge dip they have at the body-shop entrance to prevent from damaging front spoilers on other cars. I originally went in for an estimate to repair a small scratch, upon leaving the bodyshop, i crawled over the huge dip and it caught my chin spoiler, upon feeling the scrape i tried backing out and ripped my bumper cover. Hence i ended up buying a new front cover and having the entire bumper painted. I have herd some Corvette owners complaint about the dip but not sure if it was ever addressed. If it wasnt for the root cause of the accident i would've rated them a 5 star.
I just had a topper painted by Phil Long Collision, the paint matched perfect, it was done when they said and the price was great. Thanks Steve, Charlie, Duane and the crew. Great Work. Fred
Great Service! They resolved an issue I thought they were originally responsible for, but turns out it was not there fault. Despite not being their fault Kimberly and her manager discounted the cost and gave me an awesome price. I will never considered taking my car anywhere else. If you are looking for good repair shop I highly recommend Going to Phil Long for service.
Management is awesome! If you have a discrepancy they will meet with you and set a date to get it handled! I appreciate the great customer service.
Billed me for a part they didn't even installed. when I showed proof that new part wasn't used I got a refund on that part . If I hadn't pointed it out I think it would have been part of the over billed estimate I got. I was told it's normal to overcharge a estimate by 30% or more. why do we get estimates if the shop can over inflate a bill when ever they want. I was told it was a 3 day job and after 8 days I went in to find out what was going on with my truck. Office lady went to the shop and found out I could come back that night and pick it up. why couldn't somebody save me a trip across town just to find out I had to come back.
Man, where do I start. I got my cars front end fixed here after it was slammed into parked outside. Everything seemed good until I got into it after it was fixed. Battery was dead, bumper placement was way off, power steering/assist is grinding, and something wrong with suspension. Called several times and got the same round about. Probably shouldnt of signed that paper...
They did an excellent job. I liked that they would call and inform me of what was going on, parts ordered etc. I got the vehicle back a whole lot cleaner then when I left it with them. Thanks , unexpected and much appreciated.
These guys did an absolute awesome job on my 2018 F-150! They were very kind and attentive. They kept me updated throughout the entire process. I found one thing wrong when I got home from picking up my truck and took it back and they fixed it right on the spot! As a small business owner myself, I totally recommend these guys! We took a car in for an assessment of damages. The car was held for 20+ days and the insurance company was billed for storage in addition to an inspection. Representative wouldn't release the car until she finished "negotiating" w/ the insurance company. We were told the car couldn't be repaired for 6-8 months. However, they started ordering parts. They wanted us to bring in the check issued for the insurance company estimate. She was going to get paid one way or another. Questionable business practices at best.
