Yesterday I had not one but two flat tires including my spare. I was so impressed with Jordin Mendez who came to my assistance not once but twice. He is a terrific asset for RBM, polite, solutions oriented and a very nice young man. I was extremely impressed with Jordin and genuinely appreciate his "can do" attitude and much needed assistance. Keep up the great work !!!!!
RBM of Atlanta does not need your business. Purchased GL 550 through RBM, they also completed all the service on this vehicle. Unfortunately the vehicle was vandalized, I called RBM and they instructed me to take the vehicle to a dealer sponsored collision center which I did 4 weeks ago. Apparently the vehicle is hostage to back order parts and I have been paying for rental car daily. The parts were ordered through RBM, therefore I called RBM requested a loaner vehicle since Mercedes is holding up progress and the vehicle is with a dealer sponsored center, I was told no. There is no end in sight and now the rental car has cost more than the damage. Take your vehicle and money to any of the other Mercedes service centers in the area, RBM doesn't need or want your business.
Visited RBM to look at the GLC 300s. Oscar came up to us, and we spent the next couple of hours looking at their huge inventory of these popular SUVs. Oscar was knowledgeable, patient, friendly, courteous, and knew the product inside and out. We left with a good offer and will do our due diligence tonight and get back to Oscar tomorrow. Great dealership and outstanding sales staff.
Gary Carter made the process of buying a new car painless. He treated my entire family with respect, so much so, that he ended up selling us 2 cars within a few weeks. I would highly recommend RBM of Atlanta to anyone looking for a great process, friendly atmosphere, and great Mercedes vehicles.
Great roadside service from Jordin Mendez-he was so prompt, courteous and helpful after I had a flat tire on the weekend. This is the second time he had helped us out and it was a pleasure to see him.

I want to start off by saying I’m grateful for everyone who assisted me while I being my new venture on finding the perfect vehicle. Everyone was so nice and friendly to me and my 8month old son, I didn’t have a baby sitter every time I went up there but the ladies at the front desk was kind enough to watch my son while I went on my test drive. My Sale rep “Gary Carter” is the BEST!!! He was very patient with me an finding the right vehicle. This is my first Benz and I’m proud to say I have one now, thanks to Gary Carter and his staff that help me though this process. I highly recommend this dealership if your looking to ride the best.
