Review & Rating
Really good program. The coach, Arsenio, was very good and patient with all the students. You can tell the difference between people that do this because is a job and those that do it because they love it and Arsenio really loves what he does. Great energy and atmosphere. 100% recommended.
I signed up for the class 12-01-17 and found it to be really fine. I particularly enjoyed the riding portion over that weekend with Arsenio as the instructor. He has a passion for the business of training motorcyclists and he's in it with his heart and mind. He has a relaxed attitude and makes one feel like they will make it with his confidence guiding you through the training course. I had zero experience with street riding when I took the course. Now I have my motorcycle and am riding safe on the streets thanks to Total Rider's program. I'll plan to take the advanced riding course at some point this year.
This program is basically a scam. No reason people should have to pay a lot of money for the lowest level of teaching. It's at a racist karaoke bar to begin with. They will reschedule some people but I was 5 minutes late and told me I have to restart the class and pay the full price again. This company is here for the money grab, go somewhere else.
The msf course was pretty easy, my bike only had 400 miles, and the instructor didn't bark at me like a drill sergeant. Overall 10/10 experience.
Finished my 3 day course today and I’m impressed. Classroom time was well thought out and designed to get you thinking outside the box which is needed on a motorcycle. Instructor was really patient and very funny. He kept things from getting Monotonous and was cracking jokes the whole time. We had veterans and newbies and everyone had a great time and managed to pass the class.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS
Very awful staffing. Their policy on payment and refunds is ridiculous, I was emailed multiple times saying that the class was either cancelled or rescheduled. I then show up 12 minutes late to the in class portion and am turned away just to find out that $75 dollars more was necessary to make up for the 12 minutes of class time i had missed. 0/10 awful experience.
so you pay money to learn yet the instructor and them provide basically no help. your expected to go into a class knowing everything and take a written test and the whole time your just given an attitude. miserable experience. its cool tho on how their money policy works its stated however your paying for guidance to learn yet they avoid helping you and make you fail so they can tell you to pay again and take the course again... wouldnt even show the test results. so who knows if its legit or not
I just wanted to say thanks to instructors! With 0 experience, so far fjr 1300 in two weeks after completing the course) believe in yourself and work hard! Dmytro
I took the course and the classroom portion was easy enough but the teacher seemed not to care. Then the next day we went to the driving portion and it was 12:30 in the middle of the hot summer day. the Teacher started us looking at the bike in sun and for about 1.5-2 hours later I started not to feel good and the teacher said that if I leave the course i wouldn't be able to finish. So I was continued until i almost fell over so i sat down and took off my helmet. The teacher told me to get off the course so I did. Then after sitting in the shade a bit the teacher told me I wasn't allowed to finish and i could email the lady in the office. So I did and she said they wouldn't let me retake the bike portion and that i have to pay for it all again. I was upset that they didn't even offer a break. So i called the office to ask for a refund or for another class and the manager was rude and treated me like a child and he said that it doesn't matter if you have a health issue. He also said the course doesn't require breaks. We are in the middle of Texas in the heat of summer in the middle of the day and we didn't get breaks. I would save your money and take a better course with someone else.

Jeff and Kyle are just perfect.
I also learn useful tricks I was not really aware of....after 10+ years of riding....thanks guys!
Loved my instructors and my class. I had zero experience going in and my instructors were incredibly patient to help my class and I learn how to ride. My instructors were incredibly forthcoming and honest about riding a motorcycle; the dangers of being a motorcyclist, what type of bike might be best for you, etc. I also made some good friends from the class that I still ride with due to the interactive atmosphere of the class.
You will have a great experience with this course if you:
- Take the three hour course. Seriously it’s a solid three hours. The written test you take on the first day is derived completely from that course. Take your time and study that online class! (This means scheduling in advance with enough time)
- Print your online course completion certificate. They don’t have printers, and they need a paper copy version for their files.
- Be on time.
This is a no BS company, follow their policies and you’ll be set!
