I did not have a good experience at all. Karim Woods a realtor in the Lithonia, GA office represented a rental that I was interested in. The initial listing got rented before I could view it, no thanks to Mr. Woods and his lack of communication or availability. I then asked if he'd kindly assist me by helping with showings of a few other homes that I'd found- (since I didn't have an agent but needed one to view them.) I was SO grateful when he said he could help! Long story short, I went ahead and sent him MLS#s on Sunday morning. Well, I have yet to hear back from him. I even followed up by text 2 days later (Tues morning), and was simply ignored. I would have certainly understood if the listings sent to him weren't worth his time. Professionalism is key though. Although I will be fine either way, I wanted to leave this review for the record... I am so tired of incompetent behavior in business which seems prominent these days. I would not recommend using him (or Metro Brokers who he represents) to my friends or colleagues. Two (2) of which are preparing to list their 1/2 million dollar Atlanta homes this Spring, and one (1) who's looking to buy... oh well, there's plenty of fish in the sea.
Mrs Cindy Rondeau was my agent and I couldn't have ansked for a better agent. She was so patient, we had to look at houses 4 times before we finally found one. Thanks to her patience and home smarts I will be moving to Winder in May to the cutest house. She kept my Great Dane in mind and helped me find somewhere with room for him as well as our budget. Before I found mrs Cindy I went through 3 very rude and unhelpful agents. She is and was a breath of fresh air!
Marcelle Smith was my realtor she was the best realtor anyone could ever have all I did was like a house on Zillow and within 12 minutes she had called me back .Every time I wanted to look at a house she was right there willing and waiting for me she had the most patients ever . I looked at many houses because I was looking for something particular to suit my family needs and she never cared how many we looked at , or where we had to go . She was always there !!! When it came time for the closing process I had nothing at all to worry about she took care of everything and it was a wonderful experience.
Katherine and her team (Ryan) in Newnan GA were outstanding and great to work with. Their knowledge and expertise assisted us in getting top dollar for our house. They are very responsive. We signed the contract with Katherine's team to sell our house. Within 5 days we were under contract. Then closed 24 days later. So once listed we Sold our house in 29 days!!! Outstanding Service!!
New to home buying. Deal didn’t work out but when I asked questions trying to have a better understanding for next time, Alaina Curtis got snippy and said I “should be thankful not to get sued.” Definitely will not be using this agency.
We used Melissa Stephens for the selling and buying of our homes. Highly recommend!! She is a fabulous agent and person.

My realtor, Cyrus Hunter, was patient and understanding while I took my time to find my home. What sealed it for me though was hearing the seller's agent tell me my offer was accepted over 12 others because of Cyrus' personality and professionalism. I love my new home!
I found a home on trulia that we liked. I went through the process got all my paper work even met the landlords and was ready to give the money. Our agent was awful and very shocked how he conducted himself. His name was Henry from the Douglasville office. It states you have to make 3 times the rent. I provided well over that amount, it states your drivers license we provided that, it states criminal background went and got it from the sheriff's department keep in mind we had to pay for it and a application. Which we done. The landlords liked us and was steady saying we like them but he was steady down grading us while on the phone with them. We were suppose to meet the next day to speak with the landlords, that never happened. He went as far as to look at bank statements and scrutinize our charges and withdraws which was not any of his business. All he needed to know is we made 3 times the rent. Which we were well over that amount. He proceed to call the landlord in front of us and tell them we couldn't pay for it sand then get off the phone and tell us he knows we can afford the home. Double standard. I also took my kids to see the home and he told them to pick a bedroom that they liked which tells anyone with command since you are approved. Then he scrunized our landlord as well and took it soon himself to go to our landlord face to face after he called them. Then something else that bothered us was he stated I can pull your name and find out anything I want about you. What a comment. I was totally shocked. Long story short we felt like he discriminated against us after he drugged us around for 6 days. I is not very honest person. And I was shocked at what he told the landlords not being truthful to them. Then after I we got the phone call I went to pick up our information well the office manager on duty wasn't helpful at all either. Standing there speaking with her Henry comes over and states can I see you, I wasn't sure who he was talking to so I said are you talking to me and his comment back was you are standing there who else would I be talking to. Very rude comment and this was said in front of the office manager and she did nothing. Wow!!!! He took me to another leasing agent and tried to get us to rent another home that was 200 cheaper than the first. Are you kidding me. Why would I want to rent from better homes if they are not truthful in the being. Terrible experience and this was the first time we have dealt with a company and will be the last for a real estate company. I DO NOT recommend this company for purchases nor rentals.
As a loan officer, I work with and speak to realtors every single day. You can search far and wide and you will not find a kinder, more knowledgeable, pleasant realtor than Chris Hall! He is creative, fun, and hard working. You should definitely consider working with to either buy or sell your home!
This is the most unprofessional brokerage firm and shouldn’t even be allowed to be licensed. I am not going to write the entire horrible three months (and still going) story of disappointment, unprofessionalism and overall failure of this broker....just know that we have plenty of experience with buying and selling homes and this is the first true nightmare. Contact me for details and I will share - - but honestly do yourself the favor and just don’t use this company!!! Or at least the Blairsville/Atlanta, GA section. We have been utterly disgusted at each level of management and even after closing we are still left high and dry with issues from closing and costs.
