I have used 216 Digital and its predecessors for years and found them to be very helpful and reliable for my business. I had a problem recently and Steven Apel, their support specialist, took all the time necessary on the phone to walk me through the issue.

To our new partners and friends at 216digital ~ I would like to say Thank You! As business owners we make countless decisions on a daily basis that impact the direction of our company. Admittedly, jumping into a project which would upgrade our website from approximately ten universal products to that of well over 1000 ‘specific’ products seemed overwhelming. 216digital provided us with the confidence, understanding and vision that we were desperately in need of. From the initial design until the time of launch, the level of communication, thoroughness and design work were exceptional. It was abundantly apparent that the 216 design team listened to our needs, gained a comprehensive understanding of our market and initiated a plan of action that would deliver the intended results. Launch day will forever be remembered as a milestone for Big League Lawns. Our new site had been designed to immerse customers with the information are were seeking while making certain that the amount of product information does not overwhelm them. Through the vision of 216digital, they were able to provide our customers with a full spectrum of information ranging from casual browsing (need to know information) to specific product details and specifications. Lastly, the most exciting and unforeseen result was the significant decrease in phone calls to customer support. The redesign now provides customers with a superior shopping experience that in turn has increased our own internal efficiency and productivity. Employees once assigned specifically to customer support have now been provided opportunities to establish new goals that benefit the overall growth of the company. For any size company looking for an exceptional experience, I would not hesitate to recommend 216digital. They promised… and delivered!
216digital is a pleasure to do business with. Customer service is outstanding. I have been using 216digital for both hosting and design services for over 8 years. The remarkable thing is that there is no wait queue when I call for information, design services or problem solving. There is usually immediate access to the person that can address the situation or at least can lead me to that person. Additionally, 216digital is very good technically. In the area of design, they can provide custom work that is far beyond the canned cut and paste website available from the heavily advertised sources. In the area of quick modification or trouble shooting, the staff often makes the change or correction while I am still on the phone. Yet, when I want to make a routine modification to my website, 216digital willingly provides instruction to me.
216 Digital has the most amazing customer service! Any time I've needed help, their very patient staff has been there, right on the spot to help. Knowing very little about computers and servers and stuff, they are quick to assure me they can fix the problem and they always do, with the utmost professionalism and friendly courtesy. If I could give them 6 stars, I would.
We had to launch a new initiative with a glitch on our WooCommerce checkout page! Ugh. After a few failed attempts at having some IT fix it, we found 216digital. They were easy (and very friendly) to communicate with. It was helpful to have one point person! After signing the work order, they were able to fix our issue within a few hours and get us up and running. Such. A. Relief. to have a much more professional working ecommerce page. Grateful to have found them.
