99% Tea House is a family-owned business that was founded in 2016 with the goal of serving the drinks in a way that would be 100% of what the customers like - but we're not there yet! Customer feedback is extremely important as we move from 99% to 100%, so we have been talking to thousands of customers and collecting feedback about the drinks and the quality of our customer service.

Definitely try the signature milky with black rice. Great place to get boba teas and specialty drinks. Staff is very helpful.
Wonderful boba! their tiger milk boba and watermelon smoothie are our absolute faves. Super yummy!
Been our go to place for boba. It's small but has free wifi , fast service and reasonably priced! I must go weekly to get some!

This is one of the best local milk tea shops in the Bay Area. Their top-5 drinks taste good!
They recently changed the rewards system and vacated all our accrued points after explicitly promising not to. There are many milk tea shops around here, and this one is not good enough for me to recommend in light of their dishonesty.
My neighborhood boba joint. They have daily specials on a different tea. Fresh, intense. Options for reduced sugar and ice. Loyalty program. One star docked because they have no plugs, and charging stations at the tables that they don't keep charged!

This place is a hidden gem, it's a newer place but the milk teas have great flavor. I like to put the sweet black rice topping in my drinks. This is usually my post Satomi Sushi stop a few doors down.
Little tea house at a small plaza. Really good combination flavor, reasonable price and very fast service. The newly added dessert is very nice too.
