I tried to make an appointment here. First off - it took me several hours for anyone to even pick up the line… that probably should have been a sign. When someone finally did pick up - I was placed on hold for over 15 minutes in the middle of a sentence. When I finally did get through - they told me that the soonest they could see me would be three months out. I understand - it's a busy place. Fast-forward 3 months. They call me on a Thursday saying they were calling to confirm my appointment and to call back when I could. This call was in the middle of the day while I work so I didn't pick up. By the time I got off work they were closed. Tried to call the next day and no answer - again they were only open during the time I work so I tired to fit this call in around my break. I call as soon as possible after the weekend because I received an email that they had changed locations. I was told I had lost my appointment because I didn't call back soon enough. Wow! Great service. So happy I didn't waste my money - too bad I wasted my time and energy.
