The worst doctor ever! On my first visit she pescribed me 6 to 8 tramadol a day!!! On my second visit she said I have alcohol in my system which is FALSE because I don’t drink!!!! So she said that she won’t give me pain medications anymore!!!!!She is a shady doctor and the worst I have seen

I love Dr. Alicia S. She is nice and understanding. I prefer female doctors anyway. But her PA fellas are not friendly they are very cold .I had a horrible experience.

Her PA Justin has no bed side manner. Request her only or else you will see him. Weird. Long wait times. Be prepared to have it great in the beginning and it will go down hill. Fast. Good Luck

I love Dr. Steiner, she has been treated my wife for over 4 years, she is very friendly with her patients, my wife visited many other providers, Dr. Steiner is the only doctor that helps my wife with black pain. The only negative is that some physical assistance needs to get more experience on how to deal with patents.

If I could give it a minus zero I would. Justin Mallett the PA it's a complete jerk he befriend you in the beginning and then he turned on your back and treat you like a liar and a drug addict. Did not listen to your needs or concerns they just want their overbooking money. Very greedy and racial.!!!!, I finally found a better doctor Who is treating me like a doctor should treat a patient. Actually thanks Justin found a better place and got rid of your stinky building

Nice staff. I feel comfortable speaking to Her. She shows compassion. Has a lot of knowledge and shares it with the patient. Have been a patient since April 2015. Will post update about the out come of what's going on right now. Have PAIN issues and with the new FDA changes will find out if I will have tools to manage it. Doctors are refusing to give US what works. Not sure if she's one of those. Praying she's not. No longer know if my Doctors are looking out for me..🔥07/29/17. I'm trying to stay here to see final out come. Dr. M. Is a Doctor there. I see him. He is reducing my meds. AGAIN...my PAIN conditions are unchanged. Permanent nothing can be done for Me. W by the change.

If I could give her more stars I would. Before I started going here my pain was unbearable. But since 2011, I have been visiting Dr. Alicja Steiner, she is AWSOME! Yes when they moved to their current location the wait time at times got a little crazy. But the staff have always been sympathetic and very helpful. I wouldn't think about going to anyone else for my pain management needs. I consider Dr. Alicja Steiner and the staff there family. In fact I have referred a friend of mine to her and she's been going to her almost as long as I have with excellent results. Update I am so sad the staff here and Dr. Alicja Steiner had to stop taking my health insurance not her fault. They were not doing where job as most people who deal with the now old Tricare know. It was always a battle. So I don't fault her, so I went to 1 pain Doctor who wasnt even interested in assisting with my pain just lets get off the opioids. Come on really some people need them get over it already. Anyway now I am at the worst ever. PLEASE NO ONE GO TO PACIFIC HEALTH CARE for pain management. If you can stay with Dr. Alicja Steiner do ittt.

Justin is a complete jerk. Doesn't listen and acts like your the child. Steiner is amazing!!! If she replaced Justin with someone who cares as much as she does the office would be a better place!

This is a fair and honest review , i know some people get upset and want to tirade , but let me be very clear, it was not so much Dr Steiner that i saw the problem with but one of her head nurses . She treated me less than humanely , like a criminal when questioning me . This nurse was very hostile towards me , and I never got proper care . To this day , i still dont know my results of my x ray or follow up care . They didn’t answer my emails and I haven’t gotten any letters from their office. I believe this is malpractice but I will need to speak with an atourney. If any of you that have had similar experience with this staff and want to file a class action law suit , please get in touch through meet up
