I typically see Jana at the Medspa for annual Botox and Filler. At my last appointment they were unable to find the remainder of my filler. Jana explained that since they lost what I paid for I could opt for another full syringe or she would note my chart and comp the syringe at my next appointment. I opted for my chart to be noted since I do not like my lips to be noticeably fake. I also had an important trip days later and Jana mentioned the flight could cause potential swelling. Fast forward to earlier this week when I made an appointment for Friday the 20th, 7 months after my last appointment. Today, the day before my appointment, Ashley called to let me know that the “offer” had expired. I realize I don’t make her or Dr. Anderson trillions of dollars with my preventive Botox and Filler, but despite the experience my friend Stephine had with their office and the number of other settlements, I continued to refer patients based off my experience with Jana. I can assure you that has changed. Edit: Jana is a very sweet woman and she is good at her job. I realize there could be management or reasons out of her control. This review is not to bad mouth her, but rather express my frustration with the clarity of the expiration and the lack of loyalty originally returned. She reached out to me to talk and make things right; I appreciate her actions but unfortunately I’m scheduled elsewhere.

I never like to do this post about any business but this made me so uncomfortable in my own skin couple days ago I get a call from this office regarding a message a left about get more info for a mammy make over lady that called me was so unprofessional soon as she heard me talk and noticed I am speaking with a accent she told me the price for the procedure and I was like ok then she told me they don’t have appointments till 9/11... so I asked about how much is a first visit most doc office tell you she didn’t tell me she asked about my height and weight and told me that my BMI is 34 not a 30 the doc don’t work with patients like me... I hung up the phone and told one of coworker that was the most uncomfortable and unprofessional phone call that I have been on... sad how people this days treat each other I wish there is no star because your office don’t deserve one

Jana Kazazic is the wonderful Aesthetician whom takes fantastic care of me at the Med Spa. She has a lovely, calming "bedside manner". I always have great results and she makes me feel like a million dollars!

Always a good experience here. I had a fraxel done on my face and know the skin will look great in a few days. Would like to go home with a bit more product than what was given, to make the transition from red to brown to peel just a bit easier. Would definitely recommend the Med Spa!

I went for a consultation and ended up speaking with Jana. She was kind, personable, patient, informative and just an all around lovely woman. I was so happy with her suggestions for me and we ended up starting my treatment plan right then and there. I am returning for more treatments and can’t wait to see results. I would like to add, she was upfront with me about cost and not pushy about selling any products or treatments. I would highly recommend anderson medspa to anyone but especially if you are like me. I’m in my mid to late 30’s and wanting to combat some of the signs of aging without surgical intervention at this point. Thank you Jana!

I have had two visits with Anderson Plastic Surgery and have had excellent experiences both times. The entire staff is very helpful and friendly and if I am not called back at my appointment time it is because I have been called back early! Again, excellent experiences - I highly recommend Anderson Plastic Surgery!
