This past Monday we brought our baby boy Cosmo in. We knew he was in bad shape. He had heart worms and had been given medication but was just getting worse. We knew it was not good. I called and the receptionist was so compassionate when I was talking to her on the phone. Once we arrived she got us in right away. The staff came in right away and so did the Doctor. They were all so wonderful. We had been told by the previous vet that there was a chance we could save him. So we were doing everything they told us. My husband and I had hope but yet we thought he was suffering. The Doctor confirmed what we thought. She let us know that he was suffering and that his body was shutting down and he was not going to recover from this. We did what we had to for him. I am happy Cosmo is no longer suffering. I know when we brought him in you guys saw him in really bad shape. I wanted to share his picture with you before this horrible disease got a hold of him. He was full of life. He was the such a good dog. We miss him so much. I just want to say thank you. All of you were so kind and compassionate and we greatly appreciated it.
I took in my German Shepherd/ Great Pyrenees and since we walked in they were so kind and compassionate. He stayed overnight and I have been calling every few hours and every time I am I treated with respect and given very detailed updates. I strongly recommend this location. The entire staff genuinely cares about the wellbeing of your pet.
I've been to angel of mercy with several of my pets. From the extremely professional receptionist to the doctors (Dr. Babbitt and Dr. Mikula). I was always made to feel that my pets health and well being was their first priority. Thank you all at angel of mercy for always being professional and thank you for your endless compassion!
Wish I could give less than a star. Brought my dog in because he hurt his leg. Stan Mikula was the Doctor. Without doing a proper exam on my dog’s leg, Stan said my dog had a soft tissue injury and it’ll be fine. Now, a year later and my dog still having problems with his leg we find out that it was actually fractured when he was brought in to the ER. He requires more extensive treatment and surgery. His bone didn’t heal properly because of sloppy “treatment”.
One of my dogs had been sick all week and it was getting worse. I took her here last night and the service was absolutely amazing! I've been to other pet hospitals before, but the hospitality and the service was the best I've ever had! My baby was so nervous and timid to be there, but the vet tech and the vet were so sweet with her and calmed her down so they could check her vitals and diagnose her. They even calmed me down cuz I was a nervous wreck lol. Honestly the best emergency pet care center I've ever been to, and thankfully it was quick for me and affordable. If I ever have another pet emergency that can't wait to see my normal vet, I'll definitely come back and know my babies are in good care, and this will definitely be a recommendation to all my doggy mama friends! 🖤🐾
We brought in a puppy that we had just found and everyone was so helpful, especially Faith. She gave us all of the instructions we needed and pulled off all of the ticks that were on this poor guy. And everyone wanted to see Chicken Nugget (the dog’s name) get better.
I had a fever outbreak with 3 of my cats and decided to take them in. The staff was very friendly, professional and fast. Since I just had 1 carrier they took care of one cat and once she got treated I took my other 2 cats. From beginning to end for all 3 cats it took only 2 hours. They even offered me a discount for the 2 other cats ("group rebate") I call it. This made it very affordable for me. I went to quite a few other vets and the service was horrible, expensive and I was sitting for 3 to 4 hours before I got seen. Thank you for caring about our loved pets and for not putting money first. By the way, about a year I took a baby cat in who was close of dying and they treated him as well and that time I did not have a lot of money so they treated him for half off. I will be forever thankful. This location is consistent with their excellent pets first philosophy service. I will use them as my primary vet. Also: I compared prices with quite a few vets: the prices are very competitive.
The staff was amazing and the Doctor was so helpful. My puppy was put in the wrong hands at a previous office from across the street and was dying. He really tried saving her and he held her and talked to her with care. The vet tech was also full of compassion and made us as comfortable as we could be given the circumstance. I hated that day and when I had to say goodbye it more than broke my heart. Even though I only knew the office and staff for a few minutes they embraced me and my baby Chiquita. Thank you.
At 10pm I came home and my cat had eatten one of my sewing projects and injested a needle. I brought him in and the staff was very thorough in their explanations on their plan of attack. The needle had worked it's way into his stomach and somehow by their grace he's okay and needle free. Heads up, the costs are all upfront, didn't seem like there was a payment plan. Call before to see if there is a wait. I lucked out and came at a quiet time but the receptionist said it had been very busy and they referred people out 20 mins away. They are amazing. Heaven forbid my cat do another dumb thing, I will definitely come back.
We brought our baby Kenai in overnight because he was unable to walk. The staff there were so friendly and informative. They took care of Kenai and us during a difficult time. I highly recommend this vet office.
My dog, who is now happy and healthy, had an ER visit there when he had distemper. The (older) female vet wanted to euthanize him. He wasn't symptomatic of any neurological manifestations. He just felt sick as heck. She said, "If it's going to upset you this much, I can put him down now." Those were her exact words. She wanted to kill my dog simply because I was crying my eyes out. I was bawling because I wanted to do anything to help SAVE my dog's life!
To make matters worse, while paying a $300+ bill for absolutely nothing, she had the audacity to say, "Sorry. Breeders just don't take good care of dogs." She just automatically assumed that my six month old purebred husky was from a breeder. He is from a shelter. I was disgusted by her.
The only positive thing I can possibly come up with about this clinic is that the receptionist was kind to me. She tried to offer a few kind words while I was crying.
I will NEVER walk into that clinic again.
