It was great start to finish. Very easy working with Leonie, I've already recommended her to a friend of a friend. No pressure just good service. Pick up and delivery was made easy too, the driver texted to give me a heads up and it was seamless.
I would not give them even one star. They were rude, insisted on delivering during the one hour in the two day window during which I was unable to be at my facility, did not call as stated before pickup but actually talked a neighboring business into letting them into my business where I have thousands of dollars of artwork to pick up the chairs and tables without so much as calling me. Meanwhile, I had waited the entire day, down the street, for their call. This is the rudest, most incompetent rental agency I have ever dealt with. They compromised the security of my business today. If that's worth a few beaten up chairs and tables, go for it.
Overall they are good rental company for event rentals. Crew arrives on time if not early. They move a bit slow unloading the truck so plan extra time if you are looking to have other hands setup chairs- They are stacked in back of truck and come off last. They do have service where they can do it for you. So weigh out your options if pressed for time. Be sure to keep any broken glass/plates pieces and get insurance on items- will help you later.

Re hired and fired within Three days Unlawfully on the premise that an employee asked for the Requisite safety Tools as also the breach of your Constitutional rights and The International Labor Rights which must be immediately Investigated and a comprehensive report prepared for the reguired action to be taken. having being Threaten 08/11/2018The day Prior to this action by a Team leader Jean when question on the matter of Strapping fragile items which i was not orientated in the company truck and keep changing is story even though we have a language barrier issue is makes it difficult to understand communication which I was not told about by Ingrid or anyone else in HR. John Jean and Ingrid Have breach The company policy on page 2 1-3and page 3 1-4 and page 5 1--8 when Jean confronted me in truck we were loading at approximately 6 :40pm Thursday 08/30 /2018 he then try went on to say it was a joke and he was sorry which i did not accept Friday 2hrs again after I arrived at work he was at it again .which Which is documented After I was terminated there was a conversation between jean the aggressor and carlos when I saw John shake Jean hand and said You good now he is gone and this was the same guy saying that's is how Tiffany and Ingrid Are they don't give you chance to explain anything to look like the good guy is this a honest person who after that is saying something different this is the conspiracy that also need serious investigation After i was trying to return to retrieved personal effects john is was also in aggressive way which is noted i am train to see threats and i think john is threat to work place policy and rules united rights of chartered. Cathy is face of what an Organization wants..Overall it is a very good company that need great help without anyone think that someone is going to take away there job by making suggestion or ask for the tools a company need to be efficient Atlas is bigger than people with motive. I have none my track is already seal and when I applied for the Job i was highly recommended as someone who walk with kings and queens but never loose the common touch ,but lack of knowledge is a threat to democracy and safe and productive nation.
Excellent Customer Service. There was a slight issue when I returned the equipment, but it was soon resolved. My rep MacKenzie was awesome, and went the extra mile to assist. They are a distance away from my home, but I'd rather travel the extra miles for the great customer service.
