This place is not as great as it might seem from their reviews. A lot of pictures in the reviews are from Brian Daly (who I think is the owner), or just other staff members. Although, I've seen that car detailing places seem to be hit or miss anyway. I took my 2012 camry here, that I bought new in, uh, 2012, and this is the first time I needed detailing on this car. I've always maintained my cars such that they don't get too bad, and may be that's why my expectations were higher going in (i.e., the detailing guys are pros, and I'm just another guy; surely they can do a better job than me; they did, but not by much). I do realize there's only so much new one can make a 7 yr old car, but in some spots it seemed that they didn't even try hard enough. When I asked, they said they tried everything. May be they really did, which just makes me wonder if I should bring my other cars here. Their legalese also states something like, "we'll try our best; no guarantees".

These folks are great, they did an amazing job, worked with me on doing only what I needed, got me in the schedule quick, and had a solid reasonable price. My car is a well loved 2008, and she looks new again!

The Austin Detailing team did a phenomenal job on my Acura TLX. Great communication, easy appointment scheduling, and best of all...a clean and spotless interior/exterior. Looks brand new again! Highly recommend!!

What more can I say about Brian Daly, Jackson, and Austin Detailing crew on the dent/pair repair they just knocked out for my Model 3 (Einstein). They did an amazing job! I posted about my dent earlier in the week in the group. I got quotes from the only 2 Tesla certified shops in SA. Alamo Heights for $3k/7 days, and Service King $2k/10-14 days. Who could be without their Model 3 for that long?! I had seen great things about Austin Detailing in a Tesla Facebook group so connected with Brian the owner about it. He was able to squeeze me in quickly, provide a loaner vehicle, and quoted little under $1k for the job. Took the car in Friday morning and picked up Saturday afternoon. The pictures don’t do it justice and the work involved to fix it up. Brian kept me updated throughout the whole process which really cool! They also cleaned Einstein after work was done, which was appreciated!

Top notch! Had a small bump in the road with my service and they went the extra mile to knock it out of the park for me and make it right. This place gets my recommendation to everyone I know! Don't go to the one up the street, trust me, I did and I wish I would have just went to Austin Detailing all along!

Great experience! Laura and Jackson were great to work with. Had a significant milk spill in my car (front passenger seat, front & back carpet) and they did a fantastic job of cleaning it and getting the smell out. From what I understand, that's not an easy task. Friendly & great customer service.

Just keeps getting promoted on the Tesla FB group but work done is not great. Said all flashy things before drop off and in the end was not even present when we picked up the car. We paid over $4k to get stuff done on the car. Only answers questions promptly until he gets the business after that doesn't really care.although very active on the FB group. Seems like $$$ is all he cares for even though he acts generous. Good luck Brian!
