Would not recommend this service. She insisted that we not bring in any other outside latex balloons after we agreed to use her services. She could have disclosed this information when we were shopping around. We paid to have her stake the job or deliver and set up as well as take down. She never returned to the event site. We would have paid more money for a more professional interaction.
Unprofessional experience. Delivery was over an hour late. Order was not what we requested. Denise refused to discuss or be accountable for late set up. Balloons present for only 2 hours of a three hour event. Choose another more reputable balloon business for your event.
Very professionala and kind, amazing work. Denise and her company are spectacular.I would definitely recommend 100% must use this company if having any and all type of party.
I had a very unprofessional experience. I asked for a quote... when I came back for modifications to that quote i was told "i am fishing around for quotes" and was denied a second quote. I was between only 2 balloon vendors and needed two quotes for my clients. Decided to go with the other vendor that was more professional.
Denise with Balloon Fantasy of Atlanta is awesome! I used her for both my son's 1st birthday party which was a Mickey Mouse Clubhouse theme and for a Fall Festival I planned for The Suzuki School Buckhead. Both balloon arches came out amazing and we received an overwhelming amount of compliments on them both! Denise is able to take an idea or theme and make it come to life! She's extremely professional, arrived on time for setup/breakdown and has been a pleasure to work with each time. Definitely my go to person for balloons and arches.
