They have renewed the place. I Entered the room and immediately smelled the “new apartment” smell. I’m happy for choosing this place.

Nice clean rooms. Property in the process of updating rooms with new mattresses, carpeting, a fresh coat of paint, as well as flat screen tvs and a fridge in each room.
Wow! Belcaro has updated/upgraded and it's good! It is still the same Belcaro and great for a last minute booking. What I expected as I made the reservation (trying to get out of the blizzard conditions) is not what I got. The furniture, carpeting, bedding, vanity, t.v., lamp - all updated and in great condition. And the non-smoking rooms don't smell like a 25 yr old used ashtray anymore. The staff was great! Friendly and prompt to deliver when I discovered there was no remote for the t.v. My expectations were low because of past experiences, but The Belcaro has really redeemed itself and I will gladly return.

I kept looking for a Hotel.. I ended up here i was very surprised at how nice and clean it was inside. Don't judge a book by its cover. Well in this case a motel by the outside. I will def go back. The pictures are outdated. They must have remodeled.
We searched all day for a hotel for our last night in town and finally found the Belcaro. It was very easy check in, cheap, clean and in a good neighborhood with lots of good eats and stuff around to do. The rooms are a bit outdated, the bedspread had burn holes all over it and the blanket underneath had stains but we threw those on the floor and just used the sheets for the price, it was great. I would definitely recommend the Belcaro to anyone trying to save money and stay in a smoking friendly room.
It was decent.. the rooms were newly remodeled but the Carpet was really gross, our door was a pain to open, the shower pressure was harsh and bathroom was small. I can’t complain too much for the price, it was decent.
The current room photos don't do the motel justice. When I saw the photos, I wasn't expecting much, but when I got into the room, i was blown away. This place is amazing!! The rate is beyond reasonable, the staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and the rooms are spotless. The only negatives I experienced were: 1. When I got in the room, it was even colder than it was outside and it took the heater 4 hours to even start heating the room (even when it was set to 86 degrees) 2. All night there was extremely loud banging coming from the next room every 3 hours or so. 3. There was not a room phone so I couldn't call the front desk directly (I had to call the hotel line from my cell phone) 4. They weren't clear about the check out time. 5. They had an ironing board but no iron
