Before selecting an orthodontist, I got quotes and did consultations with three different practices around the city. My case was somewhat complicated in that I'd need an implant after the orthodontics. The other orthodontists not only had stuffy offices that were depressing, but they said I would need metal Damen braces. Keep in mind that I have great insurance coverage, and am constantly seeking out the best care and most attentive medical staff I can possibly find. Bella's brilliant. She's funny, she's nice, she's creative and accommodating. Her staff and office space liven the whole experience and make you feel welcomed. They use electronic medical records for everything. She also worked well with my dentist and periodontist. I'm so glad I chose her. I've been working with her for two years now, and while I'm no longer using active orthodontics, she's still working with the other doctors on the later stages of my full treatment. Full hearted recommendation for Bella and her staff!

Having never had braces, at 45 it was finally time to do something about my smile. I had two teeth turned 90 degrees, one of which was a canine literally wrapped between the two teeth around it. Basically not an easy case at all. In just one year Dr. Garnett used Invisalign to work her magic and now I have completely straight perfect teeth! Note: DO PROPEL. It is totally worth it. Without Propel I am not sure my stubborn canine would have been corrected and what took only one year to achieve would have taken two years instead. Thank you Dr. Garnett and all the amazing women at your office. Everyone is so kind, professional and encouraging. If you are going to fix your smile you need to go see Dr. Garnett.

I give the highest recommendation to this office. I'm doing the Invisalign treatment and it's been so smooth and fast that it's almost unbelievable. If you choose to do Invisalign treatment I highly recommend the Propel surgery—they do a incredible job of it at this office and it's cut down my treatment time by half!

Every one is Super professional and super kind. They even let me watch tv while getting Invisalign! My teeth are super crooked but none needed to be pulled out which is awesome because a lot of places will tell you that you HAVE to pull out teeth. In reality, that’s just something many dentists will say to get their hands on your money. My mom has checked many places in order to choose where to get my braces. I’m glad she chose Bella Smile because despite how screwed up my teeth were before I came here, it’ll only take about a year and a half to straighten my teeth and on top of that, not having to pull out my teeth will ensure that my face won’t look shrunken in as I get older.
