I just have to say, this place is amazing. Everyone is very friendly. We did have a misunderstanding with one of the sales ladies, but the Manager, Katie took care of it immediately! Highly recommend this place.

Black tie formal is a hidden gem for tuxedo and suit rentals.. they have a group of workers who care about making sure you look good at your event. THEY DON'T try to upsale for financial gains, they truly are happy you even walked in the door and will accommodate whatever you want with whatever budget you have..

I have to echo a previous review as it sums it up well: Great selection and helpful, knowledgeable employees. They try to give you the best deal for your money and work hard to make you experience right for you. Really able to match colors and tie ideas together well! I would like to add - PATIENT with indecisive brides :) We originally went to the well-known national chain formal wear store - they can't even begin to compete with Black Tie in price, selection, level of knowledge, courteous staff & most importantly overall customer satisfaction!
