Luca was such a lifesaver yesterday on my birthday. I was in desperate need of a balloon bouquet and he came through for me. He is very accommodating and a genuine young man. He literally made a difference on my birthday and because of him, I got so many good pictures with these gorgeous balloons.

Unfortunately I was one of the very few with a bad experience with this company. Talking to Lucas was nice and I was confident I would get a great service and delivery. When I confirmed a few days before the delivery they had the date wrong but I didn’t think it would be a major issue since that little mistake was clarified. When I got to the room of the hotel no balloons were there. It was supposed to be a surprised for my boyfriend. I was hoping that it was a mistake so I just texted and went out hoping to see the decor once back to the room but nothing. I was extremely disappointed with this. And my horrible review is with no intent of not recommending these services, the pictures look beautiful. But so the owner and employees are aware of this to avoid this from happening again to someone else. By the way, the money was not refunded.

They have an amazing selection of colors, are incredible on customer service and will deliver the balloons right to you, so you don't have to worry. In the past when I've hosted events I always had such a hard time getting good customer service from party stores, but from the very first time I worked with Luka from Bond Party Supplies, they were amazing. I've used them for four events since and every time has been 100% on point. I highly recommend using them for all your future events!

I can't say enough about Bond Party Supplies. I used them for a balloon delivery a couple of weeks ago. Their customer service and attention to detail is incredible and all considering my very last minute request as I forgot to order in advance. They were nice, accommodating, creative and reliable! Truly the best and we'll absolutely be using them again for future events and occasions!

Great place all around. They did my sisters baby shower and terrific job hands down. Moreover, the store itself has Huge variety of Balloons, Pinatas , Tableware, Sparklers, Decorations and also some very unique ones here as well and they are all very colorful and durable. If they don't have what you are looking for you can place an order and the owner will get you what you need. I have been a customer for years and have recommended this place to various family and friends and no one has ever been disappointed here and I know they never will be.
