These guys are super helpful! They have a great selection of bikes with a large price range and will point you to a model that will be the best for you. They have a lot of models with lower-than-average prices compared to many shops in the Austin area and are knowledgeable about servicing, sizing, and securing your bicycle. They're super cool! They also have reasonable rates for tune-ups and repair jobs, so check that out too!

Nice staff and very welcoming and the mechanic is also professional but I was unhappy with my results. I paid $10 for derailleur adjustment but the mechanic only adjusted the rear derailleur and forgot to adjust the from derailleur. I came back the next day and he told me it would take another $10 for the fron adjustment which I already paid for yesterday. In the end I adjusted it myself. This happened about 5 weeks ago tho, it still bothers me for some reason. *I'm the tax kid*
Boyfriend and I were in town from DFW for Easter. We bought the bikes off Craigslist a few days prior so we knew they needed some work. The sign by the service counter said repairs wouldn't be out for 3 days but Tom was extremely friendly and helpful. We needed new front brakes on 1 bike and a new seat post on the 2nd. We went and grabbed lunch and Tom had them both done by the time we came back (about 40 minutes). He fully replaced all the hardware on those brakes instead of just the cables and didn't even charge us for them since he quoted us before we went out for lunch. Would totally recommend.
My neighbor referred me to this place and I'm glad he did. I had a flat tire and needed a tune up and Ray took care of it at a fair price. He was also very informative with all the latest and greatest tech on the new bikes. I like to support local, so when my son is ready for his first bike, I'll be back.
Don't let the outside appearance of the store fool you; these people know their business! Brought my horse (bicycle) in for the annual tune-up first thing Saturday morning and was back on the road the following Tuesday afternoon just after midday. Even better, there was no effort to upsell me on anything. Ray, head mechanic, took time to listen to me and explain his recommendations, provided a spot-on estimate and had my horse ready to go on time.
These dudes rule! Ray in the shop is the Man.
They were very courteous and professional. They repaired my bike at a very reasonable cost and I highly recommend using them. So glad I have my Giant back in action. Thank you Bucks! 👍👍
Got my mountain bike derailleurs fixed and my bottom bracket replaced. Tom in the service dept was upfront about the costs (with tax) and gave me the heads up they may have to order some parts. He quickly called the next day letting me know they had to order my bottom bracket and later that week I got my bike on the day he anticipated having it all done. Like the service and the honesty on price! Will recommend to my friends.
This place has fair prices and a amazing staff. I was running late for when they closed so I called them up and the lady and Ray stayed late past their shift to help me. Ray the shop man is always helpful answers all of my crazy and dumb questions and has great answers and suggestions I've taken my bike here twice for work and have been happy both times
