Is this your normal practice to take the money, and leave your client clueless for over 24 hours, then respond with a generic message, and silence again? In a nutshell, lack of basic communication, diligence, ability to handle the situation, at least apologize for the inconvenience. I need someone to get back to me, as I am still being ignored by your managers.
The "go-to" place to distribute press releases had their website go down this morning at 9:30. It's 4 PM, and it is still not up. That press release I had hit the wire today, it links to an error page. How can a company of this size not have redundancy or back-ups servers?? Have lost my business going forward. Customer service has been horrible as well.
