I’ve been coming to Castle for years. They always do a nice job, have a clean facility, and lots of different options for manis and pedis. Their wait time is always long - even with an appointment, you usually have to wait around 20-30 minutes. The techs do a great job but aren’t all particularly friendly. Overall - I’ve always walked away happy with how my nails look.

Full shop of service professionals but not one who could do an acrylic fill. No worries, Mod Nails just down the street was awesome. My pedicure treatment was phenomenal at Mod. Best I've ever had.

They have a huge selection of colors and styles. I've never had a bad service there, no matter how ridiculous or simple I want my nails. I drive out of my way to come here exclusively.

Love this place. Friendly staff and good service. I'd recommend the herbal pedicure and recommend Lucy. She takes her time and doesn't rush like other people there.

I don’t get my nails done very often but I really wanted black almond shaped nails for my trip to New York. I’ve been to a couple of other nails salons that say they can do a shape or design but it ends up being not great so I was a bit skeptical. John did my nails and I was really happy with the way they turned out! He took a lot of time to make sure the almond shape was right and not lopsided or too short and I really respected that. He was really nice and we had some great conversations. I would recommend this nails salons and John to anyone because he went above and beyond to make sure I got the service I wanted.

I read on their website that they “welcomed” walk ins. Well when I walked in it didn’t feel welcoming at all. It was my first time there, it looks like an upscale area but the treatment and the inside didn’t seem like it. The young lady at the front desk had a very thick accent but I tried my best to communicate with her until she rolled her eyes at me when I asked about the services. And then another gentleman took over the conversation. The nail tech seemed rushed and it felt stressful as I was trying to pick what color I wanted. There was random employees sitting around and then a new customer sat next to me with another nail tech. I could tell the treatment was obviously different in comparison. All her questions were met and they were offered drinks etc. My nails were left slanted and looking iffy. I left the shop feeling disappointed and I only left a tip because the lady the did my eyebrows was very nice.
