The delivery took over 1 hr and they are around the corner from my job, then the delivery guy wants to argue with me over a tip that clearly they didnt deserve. Never ordering from here.
I got a history with this place. I always order delivery pretty late and the food is usually good. I'm reviewing them because their Google score isn't the best but Grubhub it's descent. I always get General Tso or Sesame Chicken. Don't get the white meat chicken option! It's too dry!
can’t say enough good things about this place. hot, fresh, delicious chinese food and at very reasonable prices. have not been told a minimum for credit/debit card usage which is cool.
Very well kept and accessible spot. They offer big portions and for economical prices. I loved the menu very much and the staff were very friendly and chatty. Recommended.
I used to come here alot even tho the staff is rude. I thought it was just cultural and I was being sensitive but one day while I was waiting for my food an elderly black lady came in and immediately the women behind the counter started talking and laughing. Didn't think anything of it at first. Chinese inside joke maybe, whatever. She orders and they are rude the whole time. Still didn't think anything of it. They are usually rude. The older black lady was walking with a cart but she didn't, at least to me, appear to be homeless at all. She was close to a table with two Chinese men at it. When it was time to wait for her food, after she paid, she starts walking, pushing her cart through the chairs to a table near the window. The Chinese women behind the counter tell her she has to leave the cart against the wall by the door. This place is not that big and with the placement of the chairs and tables, its not practical, although doable, to walk that cart with you. The old lady says she needs the cart to walk. They go back and forth for a few until one of the Chinese men at the table starts yelling in Chinese at the old lady and aggressively shoves the cart that she's holding on to. The women behind the counter burst into laughter as the man continues to shout. He walks away from her and into the kitchen, because he is one of their deliveryv men.. The women still laughing. The old lady moves to her seat and waits. My food comes and I leave. The whole situation was cruel and unnecessary so I won't be back. The food was decent.
Was at work doing a double wanted something to eat so I decided to order from my company favorite Chinese restaurant. Order General Tso"s chicken spicy it was very blend and the spice was missing call and was given the run around and was nothing could be done if I didn't go and get the food from them knowing I was at work and far away that left me with the same problem started with no food. Very bad experience.
Do much food! OMG we ordered soup, dumplings and two entrees, that was WAY too much. But if you're a family of four this would be a good spot to grab dinner for about 40 bucks. The fried pork dumplings had me at the first bite. The Mo Sou pork was dripping with flavor, the Hot and sour soup was very well balanced & piping hot. The crew is friendly and helpful. The place is clean and the door never shuts because of the delivery drivers and runners coming in like this is the only kitchen in the city. It was astonishing the amount of food the crew was pumping out of the small space.
Very bad customer service/management. Ordered some food online, the restaurant gave the wrong bag to the delivery guy. I Told him and asked him to return the (Wrong) bag and To come back with the right order. Phoned the restaurant to give them a heads up that food was being returned, because of their mistake and to make sure they could send me the right one. The lady on the phone didn’t even checked or anything and told me to re-order (for their mistake) repay for something that I have not received. She said she won’t even send back the order I paid for! She pretended to not understand what I was saying and then she put the phone down on me. Such a POOR service and bad manners. NEVER ordering for this place again.
For what would appear to be a small, common, Chinese takeout, they are one of the busiest places in the area! And for good reason! Reasonable prices, pleasant staff and my food is always HOT when I get back to my desk at work. Oh, and the portions are really generous! I'm always stuffed when done. In fact, I sometimes had to save food for later! I usually visit them at least once a week! Highly recommended!
I go with my wife to this lovely spot a lot! This is my favorite place to to have a good dinner. I visit this spot frequently. The meals are of high quality, the workers are welcoming and the rates are affordable. I like eating in this place to have a tasty supper.
