Their valet service recently came to my office, and I am so glad they did! I received polite, friendly, personalized service from Patrick, who answered all my dumb questions and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome as a new customer. On top of that - the dress and coats they returned back to me (in just 1 day, no less) looked brand new! They were able to get out a stain that I thought was permanent, remove all the pet hair, and they even shaved my winter coats (they're a wool blend). I couldn't have found better service anywhere else!

This place is amazing and the people are wonderful. My puppy got sick on my comforter but I had no way of getting the comforter to them so I could have it back before bed. They picked it for me and brought it back. And it smells great, no harsh chemical smell. This is my 2nd time using them and it's been amazing experiences both times... I plan on continuing to use their services.

The first couple of times I went, I was pleased. The next time I was told they couldn't get stains out of my suit that they said would be no problem. Then, they ruined the fabric on another suit and ruined my husband's overcoat. We stopped going after that.

I didn't enjoy working there because of some other staff.... but enjoyed the money at the same time it wasn't worth it.... if you're missing a button they'll replace it but not spend all that money on getting your wedding gown cleaned they say they'll send it off but really they don't

Dropped my husband's suite off yesterday and was told that it should be ready by tomorrow around 12-1p, which was great. I called a little later that same day and told the front to please not put a crease in his pants, she said ok I will let them know. I called around 11 today just to see and hope that it was ready early. The girl says no and that the computer shows that it will not be ready until Monday. I told her no that the girl (light skin with tattoo on side arm) told me that it would be ready today. Held the line, and was told it was ready. I mean it went from not ready to ready, really?! Went to pick up and guess what?! A crease was in the pants. I think this place are full of young uneducated, unprofessional young people. The front needs to work on the communication with the back definitely! What happened to the older ones that knows how to run the place. Will never return!! My entire family use or have used Collins, will definitely tell them of this experience.
