Up to a week ago I had been a patient with Dr. Perryman for a couple years. I am no longer a patient for a couple reasons. 1) The medical assistant named Alexis hung up on me (intentionally) because she didn't like what I had to say. I was charged for something that I completely and utterly disagree with. Which she and the office manager Bonnie refused to take off my account despite the fact I've been a patient for awhile. 2) I called and left a message for the doctor and the office manager is the one who returned my call, not the doctor. It REALLY peterves me that my information was given to someone in the office other then the person it was intended for. The is completly unacceptable in my opinion. FIND A DIFFERENT DOCTOR!!!!! (On a side note, the issue I had, which was the initial reason for seeing doctor Perryman is still not fixed, so she is not a great doctor either, however, she is excellent at billing)

All in all, the best experience I have had in a doctor's office ever - no overstatement. I highly recommend them. I had an issue that required immediate attention as I was going on a trip in a few days. I called and Bonny, the Practice Manager, fit me into their schedule. Alexis, the Medical Assistant, was friendly and warm in helping me get ready for my surgery. Dr. Perryman went through everything with me beforehand and has a great bedside manner. The surgery was quick and painless and Dr. Perryman provided great advice on how to care for myself afterwards. Truly caring and wonderful people!

Dr Perryman is a thoroughly caring and professional person. Five of my neighbors feel the same way. After surgery she was in close contact with me and the hospital staff. As I recover she is still in close contact via email or her great staff. I trust her.

This surgeon and her AMAZING staff were exceedingly professional, empathetic and comforting! The practice manager Bonnie made every effort to get me in quickly and she certainly did so!! 24 hours after calling for an appointment, I was in their office! Dr. Perryman was FABULOUS, kind and thorough. I have worked in the medical field for many many years, and my experience with them was top notch! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I had a rectal abscess for about 7 days and went to Parker ER. They didnt do anything for me and somehow Dr Perryman's office squeezed me in the following day after ER visit. Within 5 minutes she identified it and took care of it. I told her, she was god send to me that day.
