the call center is horrible. They keep transferring my calls directly to the office instead of answering my questions. The girl I spoke to said someone would personally speak to me at the office but instead I got transferred to a voicemail. When I keep calling back no one answers they just keep transferring me. I'm very frustrated!

I have been a patient here for a decade. The other reviewers here have described problems that I have encountered over that time. The doctor who owns this practice, Dr. Sammadder is not one I can recommend. He is more interested in selling than in keeping up with his patients' needs. Many of the staff show classic signs of poor leadership by being generally unreachable or unresponsive. However, I have several reasons for my 5-star review. Sleep medicine as a whole is incredible and should be a more common diagnostic tool. If you show any signs of sleep disorders then request a referral to be tested here. My multiple experiences with the testing personnel both in Columbus and Lancaster have been very positive and I would definitely recommend the facilities and staff with a 4-star review. The five-star review is of Dr. Saha the second physician in the practice. Over the previous decade there have been so many doctors and physician assistants working for Dr. Samadder that without Dr. Saha's longevity I would probably rate the entire practice 2 stars. I was bounced around among these and Dr. Samaddder for years. Finally I requested to see Dr. Saha and I am so glad that I did. Dr. Saha has corrected problems with my sleep therapy that had gone unrecognized by others practicing here. He has been responsive to my questions. In addition to treating me with respect he has been empathetic and caring. My mother also has seen Dr. Saha for several years and she agrees that he is an excellent doctor. Thankfully, the practice is set up to allow you to request Dr. Saha directly and I advise you to do so.

Got there 15 minutes early. Waited an hour an 15 minutes still didn't see the doctor. Ended up leaving. Staff was rude and the billing department is a mess. Take your hard earned money else where.

Terrible service, wait time is at least 45 mins it seems and that's just to get taken back, once your back you maybe waiting another 30 mins just to see the dr, office staff is slow and doesn't seem to care. Also good luck on getting your prescriptions refilled you have to stay on them constantly to get them done may have to go as far as going into the office and hounding them to get anything done. Save your time and money and find some place else. Also their billing is always messing up and saying you owe more even though you don't so then you have to prove you paid your amount already. Also good luck on getting a proper call back may take up to at least 3 days to hear back from anyone. I'm trying to think of something nice to say and all I can think is at least the waiting room chairs are comfy.

I went for the overnight sleep evaluation. The rooms are dirty. The light above the bed had dead insects and the bedsheets had stains. There were old towels laying in the bathroom from the previous patient. The doctor was very defensive when I mentioned this. Go somewhere else if you can.

I talked to a human once out of the ten times I called. Even after leaving several messages, I wouldn't get a call back until at least a week later. I was told that my sleep study was free under my insurance, then later received a $500 bill.wait times at the office have been up to an hour, even when you arrive on time for your appointment. The also changed my doctor without ever telling me why. The only upside is that the staff is very friendly assuming you actually get to speak with them.

I contacted them on behalf of my husband to inquire about a home sleep study. They booked the consultation appointment and ran a bunch of tests before telling us that they don't conduct home sleep studies because they're not accurate. When I asked whether the follow-up appointment was included in the sleep study lab price, I was told yes. That was incorrect as it is billed through my insurance as a separate office visit from the cost of the sleep study itself. They also don't tell you at the first consultation that there is the possibility of a 2nd or 3rd sleep study that needs to be conducted should you be a candidate for a CPAP or ASV machine (which means you're paying for not only additional sleep studies to be conducted in their lab, but also the associated follow-up appointments). Calling the office to speak to a human (whether it is to ask a question or to dispute billing) is next to impossible...you never get a hold of anyone live and no one ever gives you a call back. I can't tell you how disappointed we are with this "bait and switch" tactic that they're trying to pull...not sure if they're intentionally trying to be dishonest, if their representatives aren't trained, or if they are just that disorganized. Whatever the reason, I cannot recommend them to anyone and would urge you to try almost any other sleep clinic in the city for a better experience.

I really liked Dr. Saha! Unfortunately, he has left the practice. I was told that he gave one month's notice and didn't share where he was going. I saw a physicians assistant whose name, as I recall, is Debbie. I like her, too. I saw Dr. Samadder for awhile, but requested to return to seeing Dr. Saha. I have had issues between their office and my insurance company. The problems were with their office and not my insurance company.

I waited over 3 hours before the doctor came to see me. My appointment was at 9:30, I got there a little early and was placed in a room. I finally got seen because I was going to leave. My time is important too.
