I love Credit Union of Atlanta because it's not a mammoth megabank! It has a more personal feel.

Great credit union. They just caught some fraudulent activity for me and I am so grateful they're so attentive to my transactions and let me know right after the fraud was attempted.

I want CUA to compete with the BEST of the big banks! I love shared branching, but I also want more updated technological resources. Quicken... I need it. Mobile banking.. I need it! People are great from the times I went. Would use the account more if it had more to offer.
This bank has work to do.. the customer service at this bank is declining. I've had missing deposits, items held for weeks at a time before clearing, experienced rude customer service, checks held 14 days to clear. Seriously, thinking about closing my account here. �
