Pretty mixed experience. Their service center is good although not fast but the work is done well. Very old school approach to car buying, literally asked me to sign a hand written bit of paper when we started that I'd agree to conclude the deal that day if they met my terms. Very off-putting and very old fashioned. Also don't expect them to compete with other dealers over the phone or email, they insist you come in for any numbers conversations whereas just about everyone else I contacted we're eager to make a deal over the phone. Ended up not renewing my lease and just going elsewhere.

Went to David McDavid recently looking for a new car. I was helped by Jeremy Graves and he went above and beyond while helping me get a new vehicle. Great customer service! Listened to all my needs and found me the exact car to fit my needs! I love my new MDX. Finance manager Andrew Reed was particularly accommodating. Fast service but also made sure I understood all of the finance contracts thoroughly. Best car buying experience I've ever had. Will definitely be a return customer.

Very very happy with my brand new Acura! Extremely satisfied with Jeffrey Cervantes assistance as well. Wonderful experience, from the moment we walked in we felt like we were in good hands! everyone was very helpful. Jeffrey was our designated salesperson, he introduced himself with a big smile, he was very welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. He made sure my brother who is a Spanish speaker only understood the process and showed him options to meet my brother’s expectations with no hesitation, he listened to his concerns and answered all of his questions. The sells process was stress free not pushy at all, he was also able to help us find a car insurance that fit my brothers needs. Great customer satisfaction, we felt very lucky to have someone who is bilingual assist us, he went above and beyond and that made us feel very comfortable. The follow up call to my brother was also great, all of his questions were answered in Spanish, Jeffrey gave us his personal cellphone number and we can text him or call him every time we need guidance or have a question, we are very pleased!
