What an awesome store and friendly staff to work with! Eric B. was our salesman and super nice! Khalid was amazing on the finance end and was very efficient and knowledgeable. We walked out with everything we wanted from our trade to our brand new car! I would give them a thousand stars if I could. We were very happy and will definitely refer friends and family there. I think we will leave an imprint with our not so original trade :)

I walked into the dealership knowing exactly what i wanted, what i wanted to spend, and i am very picky about what i find on a potential used vehicle i buy. I met Pete Dixon who was my salesman and he walked me right over to the vehicle that i found online and we went for a drive. It was enjoyable but i have past bad experience with used vehicles so i asked if i could take it to an independent garage and let them inspect it. I asked them if anything was wrong would they be willing to fix it at no cost and that was no problem at all. We received the vehicle back from the garage and there was not a single thing wrong with it it was in stupendous shape! I checked the KBB Value on the vehicle and it was spot on with the sticker price for the vehicle. When we got to talking about numbers i told them i was concerned about how much the sales tax was going to add to the price of the vehicle and they were even willing to drop the price a bit so i could work that in better. This dealership does not rush you, they don't make you feel bad for walking away from a deal, they made me feel like they truly wanted my business and in a market where i can very easily drive a half our to another dealership that is a welcomed change. The Manager who's name escapes me at this time is friendly, fun, and understanding. If i had a million dollars i think i might spend it all here at this dealership. If i could give this dealership a higher rating than 5 stars i would because they deserve it! Thank you so much Koons Ford of Baltimore! 2014 Ford Raptor

My wife and I purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee this weekend and had an amazing experience working with Kirby. I had been traveling during the week so I set up an appointment with him for when we were in town. He had the car ready and made the process really simple and easy. We were in and out the door in 2 hours as the new owners of our dream car. Matthew helped us out with the financing. We arrived with a quote from our bank and Matthew was able to find a bank that would beat the rate. We were really impressed with the team and highly recommend working with Kirby when you need to buy your next car!

Hands down the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. From the sales people, the sales manager, and even the finance guy, everyone was so nice. First dealer experience where I did not feel overwhelmed from the typical pushy sales tactics most dealers have. Well deserving of 5 stars.
