I have been a weekly customer at the Main Street, Hingham location of Dependable Cleaners. My dry cleaning & shirts are returned to me, the same day are done perfectly. Because of my occupation, I've been a dry cleaning customer, weekly, my entire working life. I've never been more satisfied with any other company than Dependable. The wonderful part about going there is the friendly and wonderful way in which both Amy & Kerri greet me every time I go there. I look forward to my visit.

Very professional and friendly. I had to get a suit pressed and only had a few hours to do it. After being turned away by 3 other cleaners I got lucky and stumbled across Dependable. The service was excellent and they even sent a handwritten note to my house.

This place has the best customer service! One of the employees even wrote me a hand written note thanking me for choosing them. They are always friendly and I’ve never had any problems getting my items on time. They also do a great job with my clothes. This is by far the best dry cleaner I’ve used!

Nicole and the team at Braintree are nothing short of awesome! Clothes are always cleaned to perfection, everyone greets me with a smile and a friendly demeanor and they genuinely care about special instructions when they are necessary.

I just moved from VA to MA I was looking for dry cleaner then I googled it a lots of appeared I don’t know for some reasons I picked this one.Walking in was a nice experience for me.A lot of people was advising me to go To another area then I picked it still.This place omg👌 I like it it’s very clean ! in top of it customer service was on point.They employees are very professional and also they give fast services and all of them was very nice kind and helpful.I give 5***** If I could give 10 I would have given 10 ✨ I am happy I will also recommend someone else to go.

I've patronized two different locations and am never dissatisfied with the quality of work they do. The Washington Street establishment in Braintree is especially friendly, too. They are never rushed, always personable, and always accommodating.

Dependable is one of the best businesses I’ve encountered. They have good prices, their VIP program (which is free) makes it very easy to drop off clothes on the morning and have them ready for pickup by the afternoon, and the staff are always friendly & knowledgeable. They do minor repairs like replacing buttons for free, often without even needing to be asked. I rarely write reviews, but Dependable makes it worth my time to do so. If you live near or commute past a Dependable Cleaners, they are worth a visit!
