Dr. Britney Ometz is a licensed audiologist in the state of Maryland and joined the Hearing Professionals team at the Laurel office in the summer of 2018. Dr. Ometz earned her undergraduate degree from Towson University in 2010, and her clinical doctorate in audiology (Au.D.) at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Dr. Ometz is a Maryland native and moved from back from Tennessee to Maryland in 2017 to complete her clinical externship at The Washington D.C. Veterans Affairs Medical Center.

This vendor is unscrupulous. Preyed on me because of my hearing loss. I was desperate to hear. The Widex aids were not appropriate for the severity of my hearing loss. I received the aids and was very dissatisfied. The clerk, Monica, called me to see how the aids were working out. I told her I was very unhappy. The next day she called me back and said she needed to move my appointment because the doctor had a family emergency in Texas. So we rescheduled. When I went for my follow up appointment and told her I was unhappy, the doctor said "Too late! Thirty days ard up!" She scammed me and would not take the aids back.
What kind of idiot makes an appointment on a day that they are closed? My 91 year old grandmother who depends on a walker to get around was left in the hallway with nowhere to sit to the point of almost collapsing.
