Disrupted my entire workday by being >20 minutes late. To an appointment that started at 8:30am. If you are already that behind first the in the morning, that's a bad sign. Front desk was very apologetic. Clinical staff was totally clueless and still tried to get me to stay for the appointment. I will be moving to a practice that takes patient satisfaction seriously.
