I will like to let advise every possible patient that have the misfortune to assist at this facility. Please pay attention and be careful with this practitioner. this location is completely unprofessional and they lack of knowledge at all levels. I was refereed to this establishment by my orthopedist and unfortunately they didn't investigated or research enough. They perform the wrong injection (Rizothomy) based on the description of my pain. they never took a look of my chart and they didn't even have a cover up robe to perform the procedure on my lower back. Once this is finished they want you walking without having into consideration the excruciating pain they are putting you thru. They wont called you for a follow up. They will schedule you tho. And if you show up, you will find out that the establishment is close with an open sign at the front . If you make a call they never answer and their answer machine is full, they let you unable to even left a message.!!! and there is no where to find them. Until this day I cant walk properly, the pain I am going thru is unbearable . Am going to try to sue this place and find proper advise. If you are one wise person and are reading this comment. Avoid this place at all cost. Do not jeopardize your health. Don't let yourself fool by them as I did. I wont even rate this "so called DR. " but is by far the worse and unprofessional. be careful !!

First time I went to Dr Xavier it was for a test on my lower back. I could barely walk or sit without any pain. He suggested a shot that would take the pain away for seven to nine months ( I thought he was crazy). I made an appointment because at this point I would try anything ince, that morning I took a Xanax to calm me down because of the procedure. The procedure is worse than giving birth naturally but it's five minutes long well worth the pain. Making an appointment for my thi3rd shot. I got some of my normal life back. Thank you Dr Xavier

Dr. Xavier and Megan have been absolutely wonderful! In addition to providing excellent care and giving me a thorough explanation of treatments, they both have made it their priority to ensure that my pain was managed and treated appropriately as well as making me feel at ease during treatments. I am so grateful for their kind and compassionate care! They are also very efficient in their communication with my attorney and getting paperwork pushed in a timely manner. Thank you!!

I saw Dr Xavier about a week ago for injections for my neck and back. It was painless and quick and Dr Xavier took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly prior to starting. He answered all of my questions and put any concerns I had at ease. I highly recommend Dr Xavier and in regards to the injections, I found instant relief immediately following my visit.
