Dr. Erik Suh and his staff are dedicated, caring and delightful to work with. The level of professionalism and guidence that Dr. Suh provides his patients in aesthetics services is second to none. A lot of places treat you like a number. They just want to push the latest products, give you some injections and get you out the door. Dr. Suh takes the time to understand what your concerns are as a patient and gives you the options available that will address those needs. He also does not make false promises on what products will do just to sell you something. As a family Dr. he is dedicated to your entire well being. Everyone on his staff makes you feel special and cared for. There just are not enough good things to say about Dr. Suh and his team! You will be 100% satisfied with your treatment and care.

I had recently been there for a medical check up regarding my chest problem. The doctor was good, but I didn't feel he was truly interested in helping. He recommended another doctor instead. Which was fine but still. By the end of my visit I paid cash and I've got the receipt for it. A few weeks after I received a letter saying I owe them anothe 45$. I called the office and asked them for an explanation. The front office said that suposively I didn't pay for FILLING OUT MY MEDICAL PAPERWORK WHICH WAS MY WEIGHT AND HIGHT AND ETC. Nobody ever told me I was going to pay for filling out paperwork. If I had known I would not have gone there! Who in hell would pay 45$ to fill out their paperwork?! Not me! Very poor customer service! Definitely do not recommend!

The office of Suh Esthetics / Eastside Primary Care and Wellness is great. The front desk is professional and courteous. The nurses are kind and patient. And Dr. Suh is knowledgeable, personable, empathetic, and understanding of your needs/situation. A great primary care on the eastside if you're looking for one!

This place is outstanding. Dr. Suh is a great listener and will help you get to where you want be with respect to both your physical health and appearance. The front desk is helpful and the aesthetic services from Arienne and Dr. Suh are top notch. They also offer a pretty solid variety of supplements and aesthetic products which make it kind of a one stop shop. Lastly, their online health and beauty shop is reasonably priced and they offer deals from time to time that are hard to beat if you don't want to make a trip to the office. If you're new in town (like I was a few years ago) or if you're not happy with your current doc, give Dr. Suh a try.

The doctors are nice but their billing department is horrible and their billing practices are extremely questionable. It's always extremely hard to get ahold of someone by phone whenever I call the office. Be careful what you ask the doctor, during my annual physical, I mentioned I was thinking of seeing a chiropractor and so the doctor gave me the name of a chiropractor that he recommends. Little did I know, this would cost me $60 because they billed this separate from my physical. If I had known this, I just wouldn't have said anything. I can look up chiropractors myself online. Ridiculous that I am being charged for something so petty and I was not told I would be charged for this. Sad because I would've actually enjoyed my experience here if they didn't have such poor billing practices and customer service.

Don’t go there. I usually don't write reviews. I must do it this time because of my tragic experience. My husband died at age of 50 because of stage IV very curable cancer if found early. He saw Erik Suh and Michael Corsilles over time. They misdiagnosed him along with Nancy Dearborn for years and apparently all know nothing about cancer. It’s sad that doctors are not educated enough and our lives are in their hands. Be careful.

Nice office and great doctors but their billing department is terrible. Talked to office the manager regarding my concern, she wasn’t even listening and was talking over me. (Needs a training in customer service) They don’t want to bill your insurance for certain codes because the reimbursement is too low for them? Impossible to get in contact with the doctor, they don’t reply to your messages. Very disappointed! They just lost a patient because of customer service!

Tried to bill me for a missed appointment I didn't make. Billing argued with me over the phone about, honestly I couldn't believe it. I didn't make the appointment. Dr. Suh was fine, wasn't the best GP I've been to. Practice is kinda strange... focuses on beauty? Super weird. Also, if you read the review below about misdiagnosing cancer, that's super important for me to have a doctor who is knowledgable about it as a cancer survivor myself.

How can anyone say anything bad about these people? Have you been to the clinics owned by large corporations? Dr. Suh has built a practice around serving the needs of his patients. I personally have been seeing him for 10 years. I drive over 2 hours each way to see him and his providers. I have been so inspired by Dr. Suh and Dr. C. I am in school to be a PA. I thank you for your hard work and dedication. Travis J.
