8 hours now and still waiting. My mother Inocencia Trinidad who is 83yrs old has a pacemaker, has high blood pressure and has been with diarrhea for the last 18 hours. She decided today, 2/20/2017 to be taken to the hospital and has been waiting in the ER for over 2 hours, still waiting to be seen by a doctor. She is complaining about stomach pain. What the hell is going on. Now today February 13, 2018 my mother Inocencia Trinidad has an appointment for an ultrasound at the vascular department at 4 o'clock and they are sending her from one department to another .one building to another 1 nobody knows where the appointment is supposed to take place. This is so on call for my mother is 84 years all and she is currently taking radiation treatment at temple. My niece who has been in the hospital since 3:30 looking for the place where the ultrasound is suppose to take place has been told that if she not at 4 o'clock sharp where the ultrasound is supposed to be done my mother may not be seen today. That better Does Not happen.

Had short procedure here for first time. Modern and efficient! I liked how a family member could track your progress and whereabouts at all times while they were waiting. AWESOME nursing staff in SPU! The entire staff from start to finish were great! No regrets! Thx!

Bad service, you guys need to do better when somebody’s in labor. How you don’t know if Someone going to have C-section or natural birth🙄. I’m very disappointed with the staff.

This is the most disgraceful hospital I've ever seen in my life. The medical staff has no compassion. They laugh and joke while tending to patients. And the young ladies working the desk in the dentist office are the most ignorant. Bad place to seek medical attention. Unbelievable how unprofessional these people are at times. I even tried speaking with a patient advocate. And had to experience an even more sophisticated level of ignorance. The higher ups seem to be very professional. But the levels below that are the worst I've encountered on any level in any profession in any industry. I regret having a medical procedure done at this place.

Worst place in the world. Friend saying there who isn't allowed to eat or drink. Took him off iv. Trying to dehydrate him???? Also had severe facial injury and they said he needs surgery. Said they were scheduling out and then said they were discharging him and he needs to schedule himself. Experience tells me that will take months. They did same to sort of thing to his girl with a shoulder injury and she never could get the referrals she needed to get shoulder fixed. She now has permanent problems.

EVERYONE was so friendly and helpful!!!! It was a pleasure speaking to every single staff member there. They were very thorough and explained everything to me to make me feel more comfortable. They verified my information multiple times to make sure I was the correct person getting the correct procedure done. I was very happy with my visit here and would highly recommend them!

My mom wanted to schedule an appointment for a mammogram but they wouldn't let her due to her accent and hung up the phone on her. The lady that answered the phone was very ignorant and rude. Supervisor still hasn't called my mom back after she left a message. This is very unprofessional Shame on you Einstein for discrimination!!! Its 2018 and this is America. I will contact someone for this issue because it's wrong. I would rate zero stars if I could. I'm still in Shock that she was able to say " no, I will not schedule your appointment" and hang up the phone.
