Elite is the best event rental around! Not only did they give me incredible service, they were even able to help me out last minute! I procrastinated a bit to long but elite was very quick to get me what I needed! I had high expectations & it looked even better than expected! If anyone is looking for table, chairs, tents, stages or even linens you’ve come to the right company!! 10/10 recommended & will be using again in the spring!!

Let me first start by saying that I work for an electric cooperative in South Carolina. We have a yearly Annual Meeting of Members that is attended by more than 2000 people. This year it was our plan to have our yearly meeting in our new warehouse facility but due to construction delays we discovered we would need tents the week before this event. After contacting more than 10 companies, all of which scoffed at the idea of installing more than 15k sqft of tents in less than a week, I called Elite Event Rental and was blown away by their service. From the first call to Chris, Elite Event Rentals not only made me feel that this was doable, they ensured me that it would be a success. In less than 24 hours after our first call, they had a crew on the ground at my site (more than 5 hours away from them) and the tents were going up. Tim headed up the operation on the ground and 3 days from our first contact, we had 15k sqft of tents up and ready for our event. Not only did Elite Event Rental deliver a quality product in a record time, we were told by many that this was the best Annual Meeting we have ever had in our 78 year history. Thank you Chris, Tim and all at Elite Event Rentals for being an incredible company to work with and for making our Annual Meeting a success!! If you are looking for a class act company for your rental needs, look no further. Be prepared to be blown away with their service. If all companies were like Elite Event Rental, the world would be a better place.

I wish I could give Chris and his team 10 stars on Google. This guy went above and beyond the call of duty for me. Not only did he bail me out of a bad vendor situation, he was extremely communicative and available. I've never worked with a vendor who answered their phone nearly every time I called (and I called a lot). He was patient, and kind, and professional throughout the entire planning process and was clearly invested in making sure the client experience was top notch. From personally confirming that logistics were sound prior to the event to being onsite to make sure the event was set exactly as expected, Chris was hands on with every single detail. Additionally, his team was friendly, helpful, and hard working. I will definitely be working with these awesome guys again in the very near future. HIGHLY recommend!
