Myself and a few other business associates visited San Diego about 4 years ago and loved everything about the city, or so we thought. The truth was we had no idea what San Diego/PB/La Jolla had to offer until we decided to go back this year to celebrate one of our partner's Birthdays. As we desperately searched for a rental property that would meet the outrageous request/needs of all 8 of us with only 14 days before we flew out, we had all but given up. I randomly searched concierge services in the area since we used this type of service in Vegas a few times and it was all uphill from there. When I initially reached out to Michelle with ELM she wasted no time in delivering a cost for her services and a list of possible rentals that would be both luxurious and accommodating for 8. In less than a week we had a property secured with ELM facilitating payment, contracts and everything else needed when we touched down. From there, ELM arranged EVERYTHING including private charter, dinner reservations at the new hot spots, tables/bottle service at all the best nightclubs in the area, information about local things to do, a home IV hydration doctor, the list seems to never end. Not only did we have all this set up but for each outing Michelle and her team at ELM's reputation was so well respected we were treated like kings and provided only the best service, never anything less. As the weekend came to an end part of our group decided to visit friends in LA last-minute. As we headed up we realized we didn't have anyone to connect us in LA, I reached out to ELM. They at that point showed our group the level at which they ensure client satisfaction... As a business owner you see business that cater to their clients needs then businesses that create an unforgettable experience in every way to ensure total satisfaction. ELM had already provided an unforgettable experience but really went above and beyond to assist us even after our contract ended, in a totally different city. It was said time and time again how this trip was by far the best birthday our partner had ever experienced. Having ELM's direction and assistance made it possible for us to sit back and enjoy some of the most important people in life and the lifestyle we all work so hard to live.
